This place is a joke. Don't know how to fix things right and won't own up to their mistakes. Charged me 490.00 to cut 2 wires and take something out. Took about 30 minutes. And they took the wrong part out. See you in court.

Took my car in to get fixed. Fixed it wrong. Had to dispute with my card company. They wouldn't own up to it. This company has to be one of the most dishonest out there. Also taking them to small claims court to get the part they took out that didn't need to be remove replaced. The service manager is a joke. Find some where else to go. This place is a rip off! They have tons of negative feedback.

Very bad customer experience for service. I made appt online and said I was going to wait for the car, online never gave me an estimate. When I dropped the car off for an oil change and 12 pt inspection, they said 2.5-3 hours. They had the car for 5 hours. I tried calling multiple times, NO ONE IN SERVICE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Horrible place for service. Take your car to Jiffy lube or any other place than this.

While the Chevrolet dealership itself was well-maintained and presented a somewhat wide array of vehicles, our experience was unfortunately marred by the unprofessional demeanor of a sales representative named Mike. Throughout the interaction, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, as Mike exuded a palpable attitude and seemed to pass judgment with every word and action. His demeanor detracted significantly from what should have been an enjoyable and informative experience. Moving forward, I hope the dealership addresses such behavior to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. There were a few times that we almost bought a vehicle here and we are glad that we did not. We will never be buying a vehicle here. I would give this place a 0 star review if I could.

I contacted Delillo 4 times over the course of one week in hopes to purchase a vehicle from them. After crickets, i decided to purchase elsewhere.

I get everything has gone up in price. Don’t tell a price, then when I come back to do work it’s more expensive. That is all I ask. Nice service people, but when you quote a brake job, then say I didn’t say that… does not go off well with me. I won’t be back. I will go back to the mom and pops.

The staff at DeLillo Chevrolet are truly invested in making your car purchasing experience run smoothly. Mike was our sales representative and his attention to detail is amazing. He is so good at explaining things and looking for rebates that pertain to his clients. We accompanied our daughter on her first new car buying experience and she drove away in her 2023 Trailblazer absolutely satisfied and delighted. Thanks to Mike and all the Behind the Scene personnel that made the purchase seamless. Thanks and blessings to you all!

This place is terrible.. Took three phone calls to get an appt.. 2nd time I've taken my vehicle there..will not be going back.. vehicle was making a strange sound.. said was front axle covered under warranty.. drove off still same sound.. brought it back said was rear seat making sound ..drove off still making same sound..WTH.. asked for a tire rotation.. didn't happen.. asked for a car wash got it back soaking wet w no vacuum.. guys are rude and obviously not happy w their jobs.. nicest guy was the porter

It was a fast experience, very nice service and they made us feel welcomed, had other experiences in which they don’t make you feel at home, I have been in other dealerships before and they didn’t treat me as good, I have been going to different dealerships like for a month now just to look at some cars and their service didn’t convince me, in this case my helper was pretty nice and made us feel like we were at home
