Insurance scam.I've never heard of this place before, and today, I received an insurance explanation of benefits for an office visit I supposedly made *two years ago*.But that makes absolutely no sense, because:1. I didn't have Blue Shield at the time the visit allegedly took place, so there's no way I would have been giving my insurance card to this place, and2. I was out of the country on the date of this visit.I'm filing a complaint with BBB and the state AG office, AND letting Blue Shield's executive office know, because health insurance scams really can't be excused.

Scammer. Dr. Matthew Abinate charged for an office visit through this company and through “Driven Care” for free Covid tests covered by the fed govt CARES act. He fraudulently billed insurance & sent false claims to insurance 2+ years later. Check out Dr. Abinate’s other business reviews for “Driven Care” and see all the complaints.Report him to CA Med Board if you got a bill or EOB for Covid testing through these companies.

Dr. Pun is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. She is willing to discuss medical information in technical terms, which I so very much appreciate. Not every doctor wants to take the time to fully explain conditions in detail, but she does. We truly appreciate her care.

I've lived overseas and used the socialized National Health services in those countries, and I've used both HMO and PPO services here in the US. I think I have found what health care is supposed to be. A relationship with a doctor who is knowledgeable, and actually wants you to be healthy. You will not find a better bedside manner than that provided by Dr. Abinante. Ever. He is experienced, personable and I would send my whole family for their medical care. In fact, I did. I don't know how many patients he has, but if he has a quota, you might want to hurry before he's all full.

I got my blood work done by Jazmine and she was great!! She was able to get me on her first try and nobody has ever been able to do that. Getting the lab results was easy to they came in about 3 days via email. I was also able to get a b12 shot for only $3 with my membership fee. I'm glad I took advantage of the March deal to join Charlottes panel. Thank you Elevated Health! :D

Charlotte has been such a tremendous help when joining elevated health. Before having a membership here I never heard of places like this! So great to have convenience at the tip of your fingers when having providers like Charlotte take care of you. She helped me regulate a lot of health issues, sends a detailed explanation regarding my blood work, if I need anything simple I can text and she will answer by the end of the day giving me medical advice ! What I would do without Elevated Health or Charlotte I honestly don't know .

I came here with my mom to go see Charlotte to get my lips done and WOW!!! Obsessed is an understatement. She is absolutely amazing and so educational. She walked us through all of the steps and aftercare. I 100% recommend her!! The staff is so so kind and it's so clean! Awesome place!!

Scammers trying to bill me for a covid test taken 9 months ago that I was told at the time would be "no cost" to me. Then no one answers the phone when trying to contact them to fix the issue.Straight up fraud I will be filing a complaint.

Absolute zero stars. As the previous reviews state, I went for a simple COVID test back in June. It is now 8 months later and I'm getting a fat bill for something they advertised at no cost. I feel scammed as well.I cannot believe you can operate such a shady business.

Sorry guys, I texted the number we have been using on Wednesday that I had a positive covid test. I never had covid before. No answer texted again thursday, in the midst of the meanest headache and cough I had in a while called the number left a message. Still no return call. kind of late to go find a new doctor. Thats one way to get rid of a customer. I have been a member for years, close to the beginning. Love the staff. But geese please don't kill me.

Joining Elevated Health was by far, one of the best decisions our family has ever made. The entire staff is excellent. They are friendly and professional. I truly appreciate them more than ever as the Covid pandemic has made it extremely difficult to get into see other providers. If needed, we can talk to a health care provider usually on the same day. It's the way health care should be. Highly recommend!

Love elevated health so much! Been a patient of Dr Paul for almost 2 years and usually hospital visits are gruesome usually 2 hour waits even with an appointment, the doctors and usually rushing the time with the patients but Dr. Paul is really kind and really listens to what you have to say! Also I love the monthly program they offer and the fast communication with the doctors and the patients. Thank you for your service, I will be going to you for as long as I can!
