I purchased a “new to me” Tiffin Allegro Open Road. Farace was recommended fr other Tiffin owners and I am pleased with the referral. I have taken it in twice and so far, so good. The customer service was excellent and they kept me well informed on what was needed immediately and what could wait. I was pleasantly surprised at their quick turn around. Oil change, generator service and rear brakes all done well and I got a thorough explanation of the service provided at pick up which I really like as it helps me learn about my rig. I was concerned about being taken advantage of as a new RV owner. I feel like I was treated fairly and they did not try to gauge me. I have returned a couple times and each time, the service has been excellent.

Brought in my Travel Trailer to upgrade the suspension, better equalizers, crossbar, got thicker shackles, and bearings repacked. Was able to get a quote prior and the work was done rather quickly. Just traveled 500 miles after having it installed and it’s good to go! Improved stability. I’m happy with their completion and wouldn’t hesitate to bring in the rig for other stuff.

These guys are great. Brought my motorhome in with rear damage, they not only fixed it beautifully, but did it in a very quick turnaround, even faster than we had agreed upon. The staff is very friendly, and competent. I cannot recommend them more highly.

One word - Awesome!
so I admit that I have not yet formally received service work, but it is in process, and I have been so impressed. Thus far that I was compelled to leave a review. I just purchased a conversion van a week ago from a local dealer sadly, I have an electrical problem.
After spending a couple hours on the phone with the manufacturer tech-support, while sitting in the parking lot at the dealer, we found the problem. There was a very large electrical short near the rear of the van. when we found the problem, the support rep talked me through the need to immediately disconnect a live cable that was direct to the battery. He firmly shared that I should not leave the dealer without disconnecting this as it was unsafe and could cause significant damage.
to my shock, the service manager at the dealership refused to do anything. He insistently said he did not have a tech available to look at it, and that he “did not know what the wire went to” and how they would need a tech to inspect it before they could disconnect the wire. I stressed how I just got off the phone with the manufacturer tech-support, and I am at the dealer who sold me the van six days ago. I also told him that clearly this problem was there when I took possession of the van, and despite their extensive walk-through, they had clearly missed a serious issue. He insistently said he was sorry and there was nothing he could do.
I stopped by Farace, and so happy to find a good and reliable mechanic who actually cares about customers. It took him all of about two minutes to look at the problem, he immediately identified what the wire is and what happened, and even offered to tighten up any connections needed to help ensure more damage was not caused.
to recap, I bought a brand new van from a dealer, a few miles away, who is refusing to help me, and this mechanic who I’ve never met until yesterday offered to help me diagnose and do some minor adjustments for free, before doing any formal work on my van. It’s just nice to have people who care , and more importantly, do the right thing.
What was more impressive was that at 8 AM the next morning, I received a phone call from the shop and they have already been in contact with the van manufacturer and are moving forward to do the warranty work. I left his shop at 4 PM yesterday, and 16 hours later he has already gotten the approval to move forward.
Clearly, this is A Quality shop who cares about their customers and I’m very happy to endorse them even before they have completed the job. I will certainly revise my review, but I am confident it will be a positive one.
I am a first time RV owner and new to all of this, and it is nice to connect with someone whom I can trust as clearly the dealer is clearly unreliable at best.

Passing through, slide would not fully extend. Farace got us in next day, diagnosed the problem almost immediately. We were fixed and back on the road within the hour. Great service, couldn't ask for more! Great people!

Well we are just getting started on my RV but so far so good ! Always helpful ! My RV was stolen and they have walked me through the insurance claims process and aren't wasting time on getting it repaired!
