If I could give this doctor ( Fredrick Mark J) a ZERO I would. Waited two weeks for a referral and provider never submitted the referral. He never follows up with lab results you need to be calling the office even if its an abnormal test result.

Not very helpful his mind always somewhere else. He guess your diagnosis and wish for the best . Not great doctor if you looking after your health !
