the worst worst gap!!!!!!! staff was rude and disrespectful! i will not name the staff but they all need to be retrained! the lady that helpme with my second purchase grad my already purchase item with out my knowledge and looked threw my bag and receipt and told me that they had charged me wrong and they had to retake the item and refunded me! they embarrass me in front of customers and my family it wasnt my fault they charged me wrong! yet to be treated that way in front of others wasnt right! i'll never step a foot in that store again!!!

Sherry has worked there for a long time as she seems to always be there when I enter. She is so friendly and helpful, reminds me of how service used to be at retail stores. Great experience every time!!

My 88 yr old mom needed a couple pairs of jeans ? and we happened to pass by The Gap. You might not think a person of my mom's age wouldn't find items in a shop that generally caters to Millennials, but with the HUGE help of LILLY mom found three pair. In the meantime Lilly helped me find some cool summer shorts and I bought three even though I had no intention of buying anything for myself when we walked in.Plus, the store is super clean, the items were stocked and organized, and when I asked Lilly for a pair which my size wasn't on display she checked her back stock and they had my size! I was so impressed with the kind and very patient service we received from Lilly!P.S. Everything was on sale too.Can't say enough positives about the Gap in 5 Points Center Huntington Beach. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Just wasn't my day today, Nothing going right here at the Gap. The sales people just didn't want to help me out either. I spent so much time searching for sizes that they should have been paying me for my time there. This store is understaffed and inefficient at serving customers. Left with nothing but a headache and frustration.

These workers are great! You should give them all raises. One helped me pick out a pair of jeans that fit just right. Love this store for my casual wear. My wife loves the jeans too.

They are always short handed and I'm always in a rush! They lost a $75.00 sale because I was sick of waiting around to pay for the dress. No worries they saved me some cash lol!

I love GAP. I've been shopping with this Gap store for over 15 years. LOVE IT! Never had a problem. I'm a huge shopper, my experience has always been awesome. I've had interactions with difference Managers and sales associates all have been great . I love the selection, it's a smaller store with great selections. Myself I am and will remain loyal to my favorite store with great products, awesome customer service and well trained employees. FIVE STARS.

Rampant ageism and abilitism at store # 00264! So angry with both people who epically FAILED to help another human being. Their humanity sucks, as well as their customer service 101! As a 51 year old with rheumatoid arthritis, a Prius (at the dealer about 1 mile away from the store I was walking to cuz my car is bbeing serviced!) i felt like a pariah. I'm NEVER shopping aT that Gap again! AND, I'll be returning ALL the items I bought there Monday,01/13/2020, cancelling my Gap CC, and posting this NEGATIVE experience on fb, twittter, etc! SHAME on. Both of the 2 ladies who: didn't greet me at tHe door, wouldn't let me use the restroom, (after I begged my case; I walked with my 12 year old and had to defecate badly!-I'm obviously slow on my feet, but no exceptIons! ) Fine! But when I returned after another denied request at pet store and three people in line ahead me at Trader Joe's, the manager told me one of the items I was trying to return wasn't on my receipt! Remember, I still haven't pooped AND now I feell like I'm being accused of shoplifting. At this point I'm pissed and say "Check the tapes! I didn't just go back there (clearance area) and FETCH them! I'm not surprised this Gap has the worst reviews of the local Gaps. They told us they wouldn't honor the store sale for us until we had to have another person come over who gave us the sale. I'm not sure how this Gap can operate outside of the general Gap rules but it seems like they make it up themselves based on who they like and who they don't. Do yourself a favor and go to South Coast and Long Beach.
