Not the best but not the worst. Lots of Shein clothes selling for more than they cost on Shein. Friendly employees

I have to say that one of your cashiers (Sarah) is SUCH A DELIGHT! She is always so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I see her do SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much more than just work at the register, she opens fitting rooms, puts items on the floor from those big rolling racks, she is willing to help anyone out no matter HOW BUSY the store is and ALWAYS does it was a HUGE smile on her face! Thank you, Sarah!! This store wouldn't be the same without you!!

The store was clean, well organized and supported a number of special needs young adults with jobs. Staff is very friendly. I went to look for a DVD but found that they only had about 50 to choose from. I did still make a small purchase from their collectible selection and was very pleased with my visit.

Just went here and had the most lovely exchange with Cassidy. She’s amazing! She is definitely going above and beyond for her job. Will definitely come back because of her.

During our recent visit, we encountered unprofessional behavior from two employees, Kassidy and Aliene. They spoke to us in an aggressive manner, instructed us to move out of the way without courtesy, and displayed visibly rude attitudes, including frequent eye-rolling. Such conduct is inappropriate and detracts from the customer experience. We believe employees should carry out their responsibilities with professionalism and respect, rather than expressing frustration or complaints toward customers.

Super clean and organized goodwill with big changing rooms and good lighting. There's a wide selection of clothing and housewares and the staff is super sweet!

This Goodwill has an easy drive through drop off, for donations, but just be sure you are dropping off during their donation hours. This location gets a lot of donations, so It always has new items. Thrifting is never boring at this store. Fred and Mayra are very kind. They are positive, hardworking and extremely helpful. Ella the manager is nice and has worked with me to resolve an issue.

Was greeted immediately when walking in. Browsed around. I was looking specifically for either dress pants or a dress shirt. Didn't find anything. What a dramatic difference from this Goodwill compared to another one just 9 minutes away. This one was not packed with clothes. Nice items, but I couldn't find anything.

Honestly one of my favorite stores, Great staff. I love just going on and looking around and I tend to always find more than I need or want.

Edited to add: Thank you to the team at OC Goodwill for following up with me! Added another star to my review for the great customer service. I generously received another voucher for my issue, which I am more than satisfied with. Please don't let this review discourage you from visiting. Any issue you may face will promptly be addressed by management. ------- This place gets great stuff and they know it. Cue the insane pricing. It's so unfortunate because anytime you think you'd be interested in something, you'll flip it over and see 2-3x what you were expecting. Racks of clothes going for twice as high as retail. I saw gently used Vans sneakers, $18. Any other store and it would have been $8-12. The trinkets section absolutely murdered me. Some highlights were a tiny bag of straight up ROCKS going for $4. The bag was smaller than my palm (not that selling any amount of ordinary gray rocks should be acceptable). A random ass large piece of "art"-- like the ones you find at Ross that are just a few ugly splashes of printed color on canvas, was $40. And 4 pack smooshed box of No Cow protein bars was priced at $6. Is someone in the back just trolling, or??? I also saw a lovely small pink ottoman that I actually really wanted...had it not been $70... It wasn't even branded. Some would say this is just an issue with thrifting nowadays. Thrifting is trendier now, and it's no secret that you can easily get these items brand new at those prices if you utilize sales and cash back deals. Still, I've never had such a reaction to pricing at any of the numerous Goodwills of Southern California that I've been to. Whatever is going on at OC Goodwills needs to stop. It was hilarious bumping into other shoppers and exchanging looks and laughing over the insanely overpriced... everything. To top it off, Mayra who works the register is not at all competent. She was so frustrating to talk to. OC Goodwills are currently running a promotion where you buy $30 or donate 5 items and receive a voucher for free boba. My partner bought $35 of stuff and I handed in a bag of 5 items to donate. Please tell me why Mayra would not give us more than one voucher. She acted like we were trying to hustle her. We stood there arguing for a good 5 minutes that we are two people with two separate transactions that qualify for the promotion. (Technically, it's not even one per person, it's one per mobile app account, so I should have been able to donate another 5 to get another if I had multiple 7 Leaves accounts.) She had to call someone over to verify that it was one per person... and that the two people standing before her were indeed not a singular entity. This was my first OC Goodwill experience. I hope that they are not all such a grandiose mess.

Boyfriend wanted to donate a piece of furniture I wanted to simply post on Facebook marketplace for free so that we wouldn't have to deal with transporting. Just left this facility after trying to drop off a large piece of furniture (mid century wood kitchen cabinet). As we pull up to the drop off area with the item in the back of our SUV, before even unstrapping it completely, one of the workers reaches to grab the furniture by its leg, breaking it. At that point the guy says they cannot accept it, even though he just broke it. Don't recommend this place for handling large items. They don't have the common sense to know how to handle it properly and then you're stuck with a broken item that was meant to be handed to go to a good home.

Managed to find a few household items, a good day-pack, and some very nice suspenders...Oh no. I think I just turned OLD typing that confession out. ?Ain't as many deals or quality items as there were back in my day, sonny-(insert identification here)! We also had to walk sixteen miles, uphill, both ways, in the blistering heat, with slick ice underfoot, and drop-bears waiting in ambush around every turn! And nothing cost more than two or three wooden nickels...
