The H20 go car wash on Edinger was one of the rudest places I've ever been to I downloaded the code for the free car wash and when I pulled up. The attendant said that it was not for that location. However, the code does not specify which location to go to I asked to speak to a manager. The kid goes and talks to the manager and comes back and says sorry, I can't help you. 're gonna have to back your car out and leave. I couldn't believe it. I had planned on getting a full package on the next go. But it looks like I will have to do it myself

Excellent concept great wash quick and thorough!! I would have given 5 stars if they offered multiple vehicle option but the monthly option is only for one vehicle. Awesome service!!

There's never a shortage of smiling helper bees here and I see a lot of expensive cars going through the drive-through. I've been using it for about three years, my paint job looks pretty good to this day ! Free vacuum ... it's a good deal on my book

I recently tried this business as my go-to car wash location can sometimes get too crowded. This place serves it purpose, you're in and out quickly.The machines do a decent job, so I'll use this place in between my regular car wash place to keep the outside clean. Gets confusing sometimes with the traffic to get into the queue, but once you're in it goes by pretty quickly.

The outside mirror of the car got loose after the car wash making it unusable. We were told it would cost $440+tax to replace it. Plus there was still water spot after the car wash. We went through a lot of express car wash and never had the issue at other places.

One of my favorite car washes when I am in the area. For a one time only ($10), you’ll get lots of soap, lots of rinse, and the best part: Free vacuums at the end. I am so glad car washes like these exists nowadays. Saves us lots of time!

Been going here for over a year. Wash quality of the machines is an 8 out of 10, but what ramps up my review is its speed. Youre in and out within a few minutes and their unlimited pricing is excellent. Id recommend them to all.

Beware... I signed up for a monthly H2GO $35 Go Blue unlimited and after 2 months downgraded to the $25 Go Green. Guess what they charged my card and canceled my membership. Here I am driving up & was informed that my account is inactive & the service guy tells me I can just pay now using my credit card. So what happened here. I called their office since their service guy could do nothing for me. He could not even offer assistance so I could back up my car. Good thing my car has a back up camera. I ended up calling their office and was told to send the confirmation email I had when I downgraded to the $25 Go Green. I was then given a code to use to wash my car. So by the time I was going through the car wash tunnel, all spots where to vacuum & wipe down were taken. up. This was a total waste of time & annoyance for me. I'm not sure I will continue this monthly unlimited club. I don't think there's anything special about this car wash place & their so called unlimited membership.

I was happy I got my car washed, but when I was heading to Vietnam. My brother sent me a text and said there's a scatch on my car. Now, this made me realize that I should never go back to this place again. I am really disappointed at this point. To anyone who is planning to go to this place, beware and look closely at the reviews.
