I've purchase printed matter for my business for 43 years. The company that I've been doing business with went out of business . So I shopped around. 2 days to get 1000 2 part invoices. $125 less than the 2 nearby shops. Perfect quality , fast service and best price I could find. Couldn't be happy with their work.

Well in the beginning it was allUnicorns and puppies, until I found out that this place sends your work out to a chop shop to put there touch on your self advertising document. First round 250 cards printed that you were unable to read some of the print, so the chop shop just runs stuff, whether you can even see the print, this all after the owner said they couldn’t read the first draft that came over from my designer, who by the way designed this17 years ago, no problem then. So we made the text larger, and then I sent over to the shop, and both Dave and the graphic artist gave me two thumbs up. Now I have useless card’s, mind you paid for already. Round two, I met with HB Fast’s manager and graphic designer, and we tweeked a bit to get the text able to be read, and changed color, and font color, this time it worked, and now I am told to pay again, full pop!$190.00 for 250 unusable cards and 250 useable cards. Well lesson learned, find out first if the shop will send your work out, if the answer is yes, be cautious, because they will just run the job without ever making sure it looks good, then you will be stuck holding the bag, for poor accountability.

For over four years my favorite volunteer group, Assistance League of Huntington Beach, has ordered our yearly handbook inserts for over 330 members from HB Fast Print.The price is more than fair, & their email communication is excellent on how the work is progressing. It is a large job, and complicated, but is always done carefully, on time. Frank has even offered to deliver the three heavy boxes to our office!Our Handbook Committee thanks Dave & Frank!
