Everyone here is welcoming from the moment I walked in. Moose, in particular, made the entire purchasing experience easier. He thoroughly explained the process and reassured that everything would be manageable. He always came around to give updates, despite how busy it got. All around, very professional.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I feel that I have to.If you are planning to go to this dealership, I encourage you to do your own research especially about $. They agreed on our conditions only once we showed what the bank proposed to us. The difference was significant. Also despite an almost empty office (3 families including ourselves), we spent 4 hours there. However, I am leaving 2 stars because of their nice new employees and their attempt at the end to do something nice like putting gas in the car.

Jon V,From the minute I entered the dealership, Jon and his team of success, graciously greeted my wife and I, and assured us that we entered a dealership with integrity and pride! He couldn’t have been a better listener to what my curtain situation was, understanding each and every one of my needs. His approach and execution of our trade-in, was handled with the utmost respect and professionalism.Thank you Jon. Your seriousness of care is evident from the first handshake; welcoming my wife and I, to the final handshake, blessing us for a safe drive home.Much appreciated!

Big Dealership lots of inventory but I would diffinitly watch out when purchasing. Watch a few you tube videos on dealership scams first before buying it will help u with a discount instead of losing a lot of money u don't need to.

I had Antwon help me as soon as I got there. He made my trade in transition the easiest possible way. He was very direct and straight forward which was nice to hear. He was very efficient and if I could give him a lot more than 5 starts I would. Thank you again!

One of the Core values listed on their website is truthfulness. “We practice openness and honesty in all aspects of our pricing, products and processes”. Also noted on the website. When you shop with us online or in person, you get transparent and honest pricing for the vehicle you want with no surprise fees or hidden extras.Except that’s a lie.Saw a ram 1500 listed online for $39k. Went up the next day and it was now 42k. So apparently their pricing changes daily according to the sales manager. Truck pulled up and it had been sitting in their dirt lot for at least a year, had a weed growing through the engine bay and was covered in dirt along with some rat droppings on the engine. Still did the test drive, loved it and said alright let’s do it as long as it gets cleaned up, even at the higher price. I sit down and then get told there are $6k in dealer “accessories” that were added and not included on the sticker. But useless accessories like a GPS tracking device, paint protection, anti microbial coating and air cleaner. I was told they couldn’t be removed and the price of the truck increased $9k from what i originally saw. Their “negotiation” was to drop it $1k. So i walked out because that doesn’t seem like openness and honesty in pricing. Drove 5 hours round trip to buy my dream truck and just left with disappointment.

Buying a car is difficult and stressful. If you are ready to do your own research, already know a lot about the process, are not easily pushed around and ready to make a deal, then come here. They have a large inventory selection, so you are bound to find exactly the make/model that you want. Just be ready to experience the quintessential car salesman. This team is pushy and aggressive. And they don’t want to put in any more work than is absolutely necessary to close the deal (for example: telling me they've spent too much time with me and to just google terms of leasing to learn about it).If you want a good deal AND you want to feel good about the experience, I hope you like to dig in, pay close attention to the numbers and fight for yourself here. The details of my experience are below. I am not going to use any names in this review because I don’t think the issues that I experienced are unique to the individual, but rather systemic across this organization. I visited this dealership 4 times (3 used lot visits, 1 new lot visit) and had the opportunity to interact with and listen to a lot of people, all of whom gave me a consistent experienceI started in the used lot, where I was told they were extremely understaffed and very busy, multiple times. My first visit resulted in test driving only 2 cars over 4 hours despite having a list of stock numbers ready to go. Most were either dead or blocked in by another vehicle that was dead. I left 5 stock numbers with the team and told them to call me when those were ready. They never called, so I got back in touch a week later and made an appointment to see those 5 vehicles a few days later. When I arrived, only 1 was ready. The back-up sales person (because they are understaffed) ran around to find the other ones but ended up telling me that “they were mad at [him] for spending so much time with [me]”. When the last one I wanted to see wouldn’t start, he suggested I just buy one that I had already seen. In addition, I was criticized by several people for being too picky on the condition of the used cars. At the time of this review, they have almost SEVENTY 2020/2021 Jeep Wranglers in inventory. I think it’s appropriate to look for one that doesn’t have ripped buttons, stained seats, cracked windshields or a drafty top, no? (A lot of their used inventory comes from rental companies, so the condition is surprisingly poor for a 3-4 year old vehicle)My search led me to new cars. The new car salesman was much nicer and helpful. He told me about the benefits of leasing over buying, which I appreciated as someone who has never leased a car. However, when I asked the finance manager for more information about leasing, he told me to google it as if he couldn't spend 5 minutes to help be better understand the terms. While these guys were very aggressive about closing the deal, they were also very aggressive on their pricing and the deals that they were able to work out, if you know the numbers and pay attention and ask a lot of questions (that they don’t want to answer). To round out this experience, when I told the sales person that I ended up going with another dealer, he complained to me about spending too much time with me and not closing the deal. It was a shame, as he was the only real pleasant person up until that time.3 stars because they have inventory and will work out a deal, you just pay for it in time and treatment.

I'm writing this review for the Service Department, specifically for Vic Mguerian. He's an amazing, reliable, patient and communicative advisor. My family and I couldn't have been more blessed to have found him! We have been coming to Vic for over 6+ years now and have NEVER had an issue. He has assisted us with a new engine for our 2017 SRT Jeep and multiple other things for our other 2020 Jeep. He is honest and transparent about prices and labor, which I am beyond grateful for! He even took the time out of his weekend to assist my mom in getting multiple quotes for extended warranty. He consistently checks in with us about what's going on with our vehicles and never pressures us to spend money on things that can wait. If anyone is ever looking for an advisor here, VIC IS THE GO TO GUY! He's the tall guy with a full beard and the thank you cards on his wall from multiple happy customers!

Huntington Beach Chrysler is the most crooked car dealer I have ever dealt with. To say they specialize in bait and switch is an understatement. The "No Dealer Markup" claims on their site is a bold-faced lie. I talked with them for a couple weeks and no mention of any extra fees but after I drove 6 hours I began to see how disingenuous these people are. I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running but it took over 100 days for them to get me my title. My temp tags only last 90 days so I couldn't drive my car for over a week. They weren't great about returning calls before the sale and non-existent after they got the money. I did attempt to cancel some of the packages they force you to purchase but somehow they figured out a scheme with their predatory lender to get your money sent back to the dealer and not you.Save yourself a ton of trouble and find an actual reputable dealer. This place will rob you.P.S. before you post a canned response of "I'm the GM, reach out, I'd like to understand what happened" you LITERALLY have ALL my information. Why don't you call me like someone truly interested in bettering a business? This guy doesn't return phone calls either, believe me, I've tried.ETA: Its been a 4 weeks and I've had ZERO calls from California.?I just got a "Happy Birthday" email. Their automated email system can find me but the GM can't!

I went to get a new key, Mr. Mguerian provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond when assisting me with my Jeep Wrangler. Thank you Mr. Mguerian for making my experience outstanding.

These guys are completely unethical and aggressive when it comes to their service department. They will call you and hound you about recalls and then when you come in they will try to throw other unnecessary service at you. I drive a Jeep Wrangler that I use mostly for commuting. I do not tow or do off-roading. They insisted I needed a whole suspension 4x4 transfer case service, flushing brake fluid, and feel injection service at 30k miles. The service chart in the manual and all the other dealers I spoke to said only inspections were needed and not the service. The advisor, Tarek, spoke about buildup of metal shavings, but I learned that if you don't see the metal shavings in the transfer case fluid then there isn't any reason to do the service. They got close to $1,000 out of me when what I really asked for was new tires. I called and asked to speak to the general manager and never got a call back. Instead they transferred me to the service department manager who then transferred me back to Tarek. Even worse, after they did their software update for the recall, the engine light came on because now apparently they're update screwed with the battery heater. When I asked about this, they did not respond.Oh, by the way guys, I don't have a leaky rear strut and that is covered by warranty.

Highly recommend! Ask for Dan Powers. I was a bit nervous about going into the dealership alone to see the car I was interested in, especially because I’d heard horrible stories about other dealerships recently and how they treated other female customers. When I arrived I was greeted by Dan and I’m so glad that he was my salesperson. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of my questions. Not at all how I expected my salesperson to be. I was so pleasantly surprised. I did buy the car I was interested in and I’m very pleased with not only my car but my entire experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new (or used) car!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your dealership on 10.4.23. My fiance and I arrived with the intention of purchasing two Grand Cherokees for our business, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Rather than thanking certain individuals for their exceptional work, I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.Customer Service: The overall attitude of the interne sales manager Chris, was disheartening. I did not feel valued as a customer, and there was a lack of professionalism bordering on harassment in our interaction. After enduring sexist remarks from Chris, he added that every time he and my fiancé were close to a deal I ruined it. I have every right to ask or complain about my concern over financial details I don't understand. Especially when I was asking my partner, not Chris. My disappointment is immeasurable, the cars were great. The deal was great. The salesman Oscar and Manager Larry, wonderful individuals to work with. But this behavior towards women is unacceptable and upsetting. On principle I had to walk away. I am sure you can understand my frustration and disappointment in light of these issues. I trust that you take customer feedback seriously and are committed to improving the quality of service at your dealership. I kindly request the following actions be taken:1. A thorough review of the quality of service I received and necessary rectifications made.2. Improved communication procedures for your staff towards customers. Better training and customer service standards for your staff to ensure a more pleasant and professional interaction.I believe that addressing these concerns will not only enhance my confidence in your dealership but also improve the overall experience for all your customers. I hope to see positive changes in the near future. The only reason I'm giving this review two stars is because of the salesman, Oscar and the sales manager, Larry. They were both patient and much more understanding than some of the other staff.Thank you for your attention to my concerns. I look forward to a more positive experience with your dealership in the future.
