Been here to purchase a ram, had a good special on that truck. Non negotiable on the 12%rate. The manager who wears glasses with long hair came to us and warned us that it was impossible to lower the rate. We tried to leave since the rate wasn’t right for us, he yelled at us and said “ listen up”. I felt like I was begging him to sell the truck to us. What’s wrong with him? Bad attitude as a salesman. I want to say, if the deal doesn’t fit for your customers, don’t treat them like enemies. They might be your further customers. Well, good for them to loss another old customers. This is the third car that we try to buy from them.

Wow. What a crazy first hand experience I had here... here is my review of a first hand experience with this specific Huntington Beach dodge dealership... prices were verified to me... they have a markup over 100k on all their 2018 dodge demons in inventory.... Makes me sick that they would call this the market when they are controlling it... for them to be brand new 2018 demons they'd be sitting there for over 6 years? Over $200k dollars.. crazyI have been here a couple times in the past as well when shopping for a new dodge and everytime was treated as if I was second class. I do NOT recomend this dealership... There you have it. My first hand personal experience with this dodge dealership. Please stop asking Yelp to delete my review. Attached are photos from their website ... again a personal experience with this dealership.

Buying used, skip to the next dealer. Before arrival, made sure I had full financing (not pre-approval) ready from my bank, check possible to sent next day.Arrived, saw the vehicle, went inside with sales guy who then stated that there was ~$6k of dealer installed options that were not included in advertised price. Manager then came over to "educate" us that the "promotional discount" required financing through their bank and that the advertised price isn't available even as a cash price. Seriously? The price isn't acceptable even as a cash price? What? ... So we left.Manager chased us down and tried to milk 2k more from what we showed as fully approved (and enough to pay for vehicle including all taxes and DMV). As we leave, he scoffs, "if you can't afford it then go".Of course we "can" afford but why pay more than what was advertised. ??? (assuming it was right in the first place)In Future:1) Don't insult your customers2) Advertise real price please.3) If you are looking for used, consider elsewhere.

3 1/2 months later and I still don't have my records. I've called over 30 times at this point every time I get transferred no one answers and when I call back demanding to speak to a manager I get told no one is available and that they have escalated it and will have someone call me by the end of the day. This is absolutely ridiculous and their reviews go to show how disgustingly terrible their customer service is. Do not take your vehicle here. You will regret it.

I really wish I would of had a better experience but unfortunately I did not. I reached out asking about a vehicle but never got a response from Luis Gutierrez. I then received an email from the "GM Mike Harrington" saying they haven't been able to contact me (I am guessing it was an automated email). Really disappointing, I was looking to buy from them. Never again.

The reputation of this dealership aligns with the various reviews I've come across. The salesperson was excellent, but the issue lies with the New Car Sales Management. In 2023, it's baffling why businesses still fall short in customer treatment. Frankly, I'd feel ashamed if my customers were treated this way, whether they make a purchase or not.Don't believe me? Read the reviews; it's all true.bbb.org/us/ca/huntingtn-…In my opinion, they do not care about you, and their customer service is atrocious. You are just a lemon, and they're trying to squeeze every last drop. A place full of empty promises and leadership lip service. They still sell things, so Buyer Beware: Enter at your own risk if you want to leave feeling like yesterday's garbage.

This place reminds me of a slimy 80's car dealership!!! I wanted to move forward with purchasing 2 trucks for work and this dealership wasted hours of my time!!! I was ready to purchase at the price shown on their website with cash and a sales manager jumped in saying I need to pay $4500 for dealer add ons. These are nonsense junk they claim are upgrades to the vehicle such as anti microbial spray, clear coat protection, blah blah for $4500??? No way! I thought the dirty car sales ploys were a thing of the past. Not with these guys. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO GET ANY CAR FOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE. It's all BS!! Carmax, believe it or not seems to be way better buying experience. It appears I'm not the only one pissed off with these terrible sales techniques.

Bought a new Wrangler in July, drove it off the lot and on my way home the car over heats. Took it right back and didn't have my brand new car for 4 days because of the repairs. (BRAND NEW, didn't make it 2 blocks off the lot) Fast forward 4 months, the car was shaking, took it in for repairs AGAIN, won't have my car back for a month. This is ridiculous.

Nice guys, not the best salesmen, but nice guys trying earn a Buck. Gotta a little desperate & emotional for them at the end, but it’s understandable in today’s economy. No hard feelings. Here’s a tip, keep it to one salesmen. I don’t want to talk to 3 different guys trying to convince me. Also, don’t tell $1900 down, my payments will be $750 but with $0 money down, my payments will be $580. Sounds like a scam, but no hard feelings. Take care guys.

These guys are completely unethical and aggressive when it comes to their service department. They will call you and hound you about recalls and then when you come in they will try to throw other unnecessary service at you. I drive a Jeep Wrangler that I use mostly for commuting. I do not tow or do off-roading. They insisted I needed a whole suspension 4x4 transfer case service, flushing brake fluid, and feel injection service at 30k miles. The service chart in the manual and all the other dealers I spoke to said only inspections were needed and not the service. The advisor, Tarek, spoke about buildup of metal shavings, but I learned that if you don't see the metal shavings in the transfer case fluid then there isn't any reason to do the service. They got close to $1,000 out of me when what I really asked for was new tires. I called and asked to speak to the general manager and never got a call back. Instead they transferred me to the service department manager who then transferred me back to Tarek. Even worse, after they did their software update for the recall, the engine light came on because now apparently they're update screwed with the battery heater. When I asked about this, they did not respond.Oh, by the way guys, I don't have a leaky rear strut and that is covered by warranty.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your dealership on 10.4.23. My fiance and I arrived with the intention of purchasing two Grand Cherokees for our business, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Rather than thanking certain individuals for their exceptional work, I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.Customer Service: The overall attitude of the interne sales manager Chris, was disheartening. I did not feel valued as a customer, and there was a lack of professionalism bordering on harassment in our interaction. After enduring sexist remarks from Chris, he added that every time he and my fiancé were close to a deal I ruined it. I have every right to ask or complain about my concern over financial details I don't understand. Especially when I was asking my partner, not Chris. My disappointment is immeasurable, the cars were great. The deal was great. The salesman Oscar and Manager Larry, wonderful individuals to work with. But this behavior towards women is unacceptable and upsetting. On principle I had to walk away. I am sure you can understand my frustration and disappointment in light of these issues. I trust that you take customer feedback seriously and are committed to improving the quality of service at your dealership. I kindly request the following actions be taken:1. A thorough review of the quality of service I received and necessary rectifications made.2. Improved communication procedures for your staff towards customers. Better training and customer service standards for your staff to ensure a more pleasant and professional interaction.I believe that addressing these concerns will not only enhance my confidence in your dealership but also improve the overall experience for all your customers. I hope to see positive changes in the near future. The only reason I'm giving this review two stars is because of the salesman, Oscar and the sales manager, Larry. They were both patient and much more understanding than some of the other staff. Thank you for your attention to my concerns. I look forward to a more positive experience with your dealership in the future.

This is the used car lot.Let me start with the biggest issue. Purchased a used vehicle. After haggling with the sales guy and sales manager, the sales manager told both me and my wife they were going to throw in a protection package. We shook hands on it and agreed to purchase the car. Once in to sign all the paperwork, nothing was brought up about the package. So I asked the finance guy. The finance guy seemed to push me out the door and talk to the sales manager. ( dosent finance usually push the additional packages)? The sales manager lied and said he did not agree to the deal and became snippy twords us. The sales guy did not want to get involved and limited his interaction with my wife and I. ( You would think if the sales manager did not include the protection plan in our verbal deal, the sales guy would speak up NOPE. ) Sales guy said he would talk to upper management and contact me. What a joke( no call). The sales guy knows what our conversation was with the sales manager. I am writing this review because my wife was with me, and I have no doubt about the conversation we had with the sales manager. The beginning.... The sales guys would not call me back after our first visit regarding our interest in a vehicle. We had to go back at least 4 times, again nothing but excuses, and each time, we had a different salesperson.
