Been going here for some time and Claudia’s dedication to patient care is unparalleled, making each visit a comforting and healing experience. With her vibrant energy and positive demeanor, she radiates good vibes that uplift everyone around her. Claudia is the kind of nurse you hope to encounter when you need medical care—knowledgeable, attentive, and full of warmth. I was suffering (worst ever) for 5 days before I was able to make an appointment with NP Mary Ann O’Brien Kazem. She attentively listened, heard my concerns and properly diagnosed me. The medication she prescribed me made me feel better within a day and I couldn’t be more grateful. While busy, this Kaiser efficiently processes patients and prescriptions quickly and I will be back (hopefully not too soon.)

They open at 8:30 BUT the pharmacy doesn't open until 9am. Would've been good to know.

Call pharmacy to place an prescription order and wait for long time with music. After covid 19 until now Kaiser services is very low quality. I am always take time and wait...wait.

There Doctors are eh. Sometimes good. But the BIG ISSUE WAS TODAY ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR A PHARMACY AGENT. AND ALL I WAS GONNA TELL THEM IS STOP THE OLD OLD ASIAN LADY FROM HURTING ME!!! SHE GAVE ME A DEEP PAPER CUT WHILE PUSHING WAY TOO HARD ON MY WHITE BAG. SHE ASLO DROPPED MY MEDICINE INTO THE DUST AND AT THE END OF LAST YEAR WAS GIVEN FALSE RESULTS AND IT WASNT HER PLACE TO GIVE IT TO ME.

We have had a great experience with kaiser for 18 years. My daughter was born early and has needed many specialists. I have also had some health problems over the years. I'm amazed how easy it is to access our records and get the appointments we need. I've changed doctors when I wasn't satisfied. It was easy to do with all the locations.

It is easy to navigate the offices, pharmacy, and tests. It's smaller than others I've gone to. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Ty is the medical assistant. She is Vietnamese. She is rude and cold not friendly . She yelled at me many times I already know that I will need to call the center to make the appointment not from her . she talked bad and wrong about me to her co worker I can hear from the exam room . I have been in Kaiser for years I know Kaisers procedure. Just because I'm Asian as her doesn't mean she treated me differently. That's discriminated. She complained that she had to delete the order after I changed my mind . It only took a second to delete it in her computer . That is her job , she got paid what she is doing . I asked her what the number of my blood pressure . She said will let you know later . Then she ignored it . Why didn't she let me know right away after she measured ? I asked my weight in pounds . She said only kilograms. I felt threatening, pushy from her , not pleasant as another Kaiser 's location . Hope not seeing her again

Dr. Do is a terrible doctor. He made light of my serious injuries. I have made a complaint about him. I think they should fire him. I seen other reviews about him here as well. He also made rude comments to me on the phone he thought were funny and i did not. I had to make a second complaint. Good luck dr do im sure theyre stacking up from the looks of this yelp.

Grew up coming here. Right off of Beach but a surprisingly convenient and efficient branch. Super easy pharmacy and labs. Check-in is usually also super quick, no line and you can just use a little queue device. Would recommend.

This company really sucks. They charged me $1300 for a doctor to look inside my nose with a light and tell me nothing is wrong with my nasal passages. I was really concerned about the bill and they assured me I would only pay the $100 copay. Two months later i get a bill for $815, for the price of my 'diagnosis'. I have had insurance for 1 year, paying 250 every month. Im a healthy 25 year old. What do I pay every month for, on top of copays?? They dont care about my health. The only want my money. Insurance sucks. I would rather pay the fine of no insurance than pay for their outrageous prices. Never ever recommending this company to anyone.

This place is a absolute joke! Kaiser has gone down hill fast. Over 2 hours for pharmacy. This place loves failure.
