Really need more help in the Amazon Return area. The line is always long. Maybe give the employees the freedom to make a customer pull to the side until they are actually ready with their codes, so the line can move a bit more quickly? I have tried twice on my lunch break to come and return and have had to walk out because I can't get to return things before I am due back at work. It would be good to get those ladies more help, or ways to speed up the process for everyone. Today I had to leave again, I can't get to the front to return my items

This is a pretty spacious location for them. I must say I’ve also experienced some of the nicest sales associates here as well. Everyone I’ve ever encountered has been super helpful and pleasant to work with. Great spot to get the basics and some fashion.Home items are upstairs and easy to forget they carry towels, bedding and other home accessories. I recently got my new towels here and I’d say they are similar to Macy’s Hotel Collection towels.

Nice selection of clothes at discounted prices. Their clearance items are amazing, too! There's more than just clothes here so you can check out the home furnishings and knick knacks upstairs

Did not find any personal care products like manicure sets.Oh one more thing. When I checked out the pullover T-shirt, I presented a 20% discount coupon, but the cash register did not accept, the cashier said that I bought brand name T-shirts that's why the machine would not accept coupon. On the coupon, it doesn't say exclude brand mame. How on earth a merchandise sold on USD is not brand name, except those counterfeits from China. I felt beeing cheated. I am thinking it over before walk in Kohl's again.

My girlfriend and I shop here a lot. Great customer service, but also plenty of space to do my shopping without somebody bugging me. It's like the employees know how to treat customers and when to help customers a very positive atmosphere and we will always come back here first for clothes and shoes. Great prices and my girlfriend gets crazy savings I using Kohl's cash and Rewards.

I had to return something I ordered on Amazon. The cashier pointed me in the right direction and the people in the Amazon return section were helpful and walked me through the entire return because I had never returned something through Amazon this way. It was all so simple once they showed me how. All I needed was my phone so I could start the return and have them scan a bar code.

The people are nice and friendly .... Plus it's the only Kohl's around my area .... you know the price is nice and cheap ..... If you out for bargain you know where to go

Found exactly what I was looking for (bathing suit). Dressing room was clean and not heaps of clothing. The young man at the checkout was very personable and even reminded me of the senior discount!

This place does not add your points onto your account even though I give them my acct.Secondly: This place steals your Amazon returns. I returned a pen (not much $18, but it is something and my money) and I waited and waited for refund.. which should be right away and they said I never returned it. Be careful. UPS at least have tracking and gives me receipts. These kids don’t have any care for products.Seriously.. you lost a customer kohl’s.

A little smaller than the one close to home but still a lot of options. Only found one thing I was looking for but that's okay. There is always a sale and a great deal to find. Coupons are great and the employees are very helpful and friendly.
