PROBLEMS PROBLEMS PROBLEMS Wait times are almost always LONG, even when you make an appointment. System is down, or labs are closed and deferring patients here are some of the excuses. With limited seating in the waiting room, you're asked to wait in the hall where you have to stand for your long wait.

Quick blood draw, very rude and unfriendly staff.If you hate your jib so bad find a new one and don't be rude to patients!!!!!

Went to the HB LabCorp on Beach Blvd on 1/3/22 and it was closed. Several people were waiting and there was no sign on the door. Also went again on 1/4/22, still closed, even though the website says open. Really bad.

They are horrible..no professional business here. I have left 3 messages to return my call and nothing...its a good think this was not of high urgency what a shame so close but yet so far from my mission to good health. I had to ask my doctor to recommend another place and yet still no phone call back.. Oh.. couldn't post with out a star in my opinion they do not deserve one.

I went to this labcorp because I needed a preemployment drug screen. I checked their website which confirmed they accept walkins and drove over. I had to wait 45 min because their lunch hour isn't listed on their website. Once I finally got to see the receptionist she stated they in fact do not except walkins for pre-employment drug screens you must have an appointment. I pulled up the website and showed the receptionist who stated " yeah I know it's frustrating, but that website is wrong. We can't do it for you today without an appointment." I explained that I didn't have an appointment because it needs to be done in 48 hours, and there are no appointments available at any facility within 30 miles of my home until next Tuesday. She offered no help or solution. I wasted almost an hour of my time because their website is incorrect. Just don't try to do a walk-in here for preemployment drug screening.

I came here a little over a month ago and it was a complete nightmare. Im pregnant and I had to come here for a two hour glucose test. I didn't have an appointment, which is fine I waited patiently an hour and half to be called. (Glucose test requires you to fast so I was starving but still fine). I get called in and I explain to her my veins are tricky so if you need to do it in my wrist it's fine. So she does the first draw in my wrist, she get a vile and the blood stops, so she proceeds to dig in the vein which is super painful. She then pulls the needle out tries to find a vein in my arm digs the needle and can't find one. She then proceeds to look for another vein on the top of my hand and is digs around and again is unsuccessful. I asked her to get someone else to do it. The next person comes in and I think she seems to be in charge. Thank goodness someone knows how to draw blood. She nails the draw first try no problem. She then tells me I'm doing a three hour test and tells me the times to come back. I'm super confused at this point because it's supposed to be a two hour. She also told me I couldn't have any water which isn't true. I called my Dr and asked if I'm supposed to do a three hour test and they said absolutely not and they only do two hour ones. So I go back up there for my second blood draw, and explain it's supposed to be a two hour. The person proceeds to argue with me that it's a three hour and they gave me the drink for the three hour and there was nothing they could do. She then proceeds to pull the drink bottle out of the trash and tells me it is a two hour. Super frustrating but whatever. She does the second blood draw first try no problems. My last blood draw happens to be when they lock their office for lunch. So I had to sit in the office for thirty minutes waiting so I wouldn't be locked out. Which was fine. So the time comes for my last blood draw and the girl who did my blood draws great went to lunch. So a third girl comes out ( she was so nice and knew what I had been through) she also missed the first try but didn't dig around. I showed her where the last girl was successful and she went through the same vein. I wasn't going to write this review but I went to another location and the experience was a million times better. This location was also pretty filthy especially seeing the other location. So do yourself a favor and take the drive to either of the Newport locations. Those locations are a million times better and the people know what they are doing.

Had an appointment to get labs done this morning. Fasted and took a half day from work. Arrive to see a line outside. Waited in line for a while until someone noticed a tiny note on the door that said "Temporary Site Closure". Are you effing kidding me??? You have our phone numbers. No one in line got a call or text about the closure and everyone had appointments. Everyone was more than upset. This place needs to be permanently closed. What a terrible corporation.

This has to be a joke!!! The people at this place are so unprofessional and think they are clever . First of all the place looks like one of those slums in India or a flavela in Brazil absolutely yucky , boxes on the floor it smelled like raw sewage and one of the staff members is a smart a** . I always go to quest but this one time o decided to go to this run down slum ... never again ! The bathrooms where all cagados also with cagada on the toilet bowl some one should clean the cagada !

This five star is mainly for Jasmine. She is so kind and real..always going out of her way to help patients. I find this rare in most healthcare facilities lately. Grateful for her.

Worse service ever!! Don't bother with an appointment, it doesn't matter! They lie and say they called you up when they didn't. Never use this facility. I will inform my employer as LabCorp is recommended by them.

I came to Labcorp take blood tests for a clinical trial. The order said STAT but didn't have all the information. Mary P from the front went the extra mile (which took time) to get the info so I didn't have to come back. Her customer service skills were outstanding. She got the info needed so I take my blood test. Thank you Mary P you made my day

Kinda unwelcoming at this location. Not helpful at all when checking in. Hopefully I don't have to come here again. When you call the number to make an appointment it won't let you. Online only. Also on the recording it says no appointment needed, but they don't tell you how long you'll have to wait. Avoid this place and go somewhere else where people care about you. On a positive note, Sarah is awesome!!
