I don’t know how this store got more than 4 stars.. the staff inside is very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and lazy. The name of the agent is Jesus. I came in coz I was advised by metro over the phone to just go to any store and they can process the insurance claim since I can’t get the IMEI number of my phone as the screen is broken. Instead of helping, he was very condescending and said “you don’t know how to check your IMEI??” I said no, and if I do, I wouldn’t be here. Then he replied , it’s easy, do this and do that. What kind of customer service is that? I just left and called metro for more help.Stay away from this store especially from this guy. If you don’t want to work, stay home. If you want a better paying job, then go to school and get a degree!

Here we go ....let's start with Hugo an employee of Metro pch...but he's much much more. You see I was sick and tired of t mobile and their bullsh$%= I wanted a real flat rate unlimited plan, went to t mobile this one individual gave me what was a transfer ID number turns out that number was bs and more on that review of t-mobile later and his name later ...so I get to metro its Hugo and he informs me that the number is bs and basically does t mobiles job by calling t mobile at the same time I too called the store to talk to the guy who since had left which makes sense why work when you could give someone bs numbers when it's time to clock out..I tell them what the issue is they tell me you need to be here with ID for them to help I say I was just there ....more on that later . Hugo is I mean adamant in getting t mobile to get this transfer number and help me... t mobile has him on hold ...Hugo is a problem solver he thinks outside the box uses my sim card to put in his phone so as to get them to text it to me. BTW my phone the night before was accidently thrown in the washing machine and destroyed. We get someone finally who says they can text it to me only. ...hence his idea to try my sim card on his phone...back on hold again while they do that...we are 2 hours in my mom and aunt are exhausted so am I. ...Hugo gets the transfer number but that too is no longer coŕrect now we are on hold for 3 hours no joke. The store is closed Im exhausted Hugo is obviously getting calls from his family and here's where humanity and work ethics and a true asset employee and my hero come in..he logs into t mobile does some magic and gets that transfer num and tells me "Look because that guy didn't do his job if you walk out of here it's not going to work I don't want you to leave without a working phone we have one more step and that's to talk to my team and to insure you will have a working phone theres just one more step. " Well by then I sent my mom and aunt home told them I'll take an Uber. Somewhere close to the 3 half hour mark and maybe even 4th hour all this headache drama t mobiles incompetent laziness to do their job ...Hugo does..and for what? His true professionalism truthfulness and going above and beyond left me so impressed that I'm writing about it. I walked out of there with a working phone and some nice merchandise backed by a single man's dedication to help me as I need my phone its my income...If you're sick of T mobile and are around Huntington Beach go to see Hugo and yes I'm aware that t mobile bought out metro but that is only to cover more coverage area...as far as anything else the free phone flat rate no bs you're dealing with metro pch. Thanks Hugo I won't forget you thanks Metro.

I went in earlier this week to activate my new phone and dealt with someone else who was not so friendly and personable, so when my son broke his phone, I was dreading coming into the store. Luckily, Jesus helped me! He was super friendly and helpful setting up a new phone for my son.

They charge you for coming into pay your bill. I like to pay in cash, I don't want to share my card info. So I was surprised when they upped the in store pay from $3.00 to $5.00. It appalling! I have been paying my bill for over 5 years. They have nerve to up their pay in store fee! So sad. I wish I could go elsewhere, but then I would have to start over and pay for that company's phone as well as service.

I went in to this establishment to see if they had a plan cheaper than what I was paying somewhere else. Rosario, the sales associate, offered me the $25 per month plan for 2 years since I brought in my own device. So I paid it and after about an hour wait time and entering my pin # about 20 times, I finally got service on my phone. The next morning, no internet and no phone service. I went back to the store. A different sales associate had to call corporate and I was told that if I still didn't have service after half an hour that the problem was my device and I should call the corporate office myself, there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund and again I was told to call corporate. Kind of hard to call corporate with NO PHONE SERVICE! After buying a new phone and getting ripped off with the minutes because the sales associate at WalMart said they were compatible with the new phone and they weren't I ended up having to go back to my old phone carrier and paying $90 to re-activate my phone. The sales associate there told me that all Metro had to do was set up the APN(???), something like that, and they knew how to do it because he used to work there!! T-Mobile is the biggest rip-off and needs to be shut down!! I filed a complaint with the BBB and I highly suggest that anyone else who has experienced this kind of nightmare with Metro by T-Mobile do the same.

So far, mediocre system experience, helpful in-person service. Switched to M-PCS just before I went south of the border, based on a friend's recommendation and basically had data so slow as to be non-existent (yes, roaming was on), and that continued once I crossed the border, for about 3 hours, until I was almost home (yes, I restarted my phone), and the M-PCS guy that set me up checked my calling and data ability before I left. Luckily, I downloaded the offline Google Map of the area I needed before I left home. I went straight to an open M-PCS store where someone re-entered the correct settings for the correct SIM card... that issue solved...The number porting team needed to talk to me and the robotic voice-tree system helpfully made me endure listening to all my choices, and when I first asked for a human, the robotic voice-tree assured me that it could help me if I just give it more information, and when I did, it told me to call the number, I'm assuming was the same number I just called... After re-dialing, I was assured that I'd be connected with a human, then I got hung-up on... Now I'm getting more angry but on my third time trying to reach a human, I finally get someone who actually helps me, then as she was waiting to verify that what she fixed (old/wrong zip code), stuck, I got hung-up on again, and I'm sure she didn't mean to, and I figured that if there was still a problem, someone would call me, yet again (I received several voicemails from this team once I crossed the border back into the U. S.).
