Good luck canceling a 2nd line at this place. It takes about 45 minutes going through 7 different people online. Also good luck if your phone breaks even if it's insured you have to go! through corporate office you cannot just change it in at any MetroPCS office You have to drive to corporate.

A couple of months back I need a charging cord for my phone I walked into the store. The store look nice open had a lot of room I got an open vibe. So it was good. There was one guy there he said that he owned it I said okay. I said that I was looking for a charger I would be high quality for my phone to keep a charge continue to tell me did he knows technology he's a technology kind of guy technology is his way of life that's his philosophy LOL interesting claims. I'm not too sure if that's a sales tactic or what but he seems nice not like a car salesman he wasn't a vulture flying around in circles. So I was willing to work with him he got me a charger like $37 after tax I put it in my phone I charged it 2 weeks later the charging cable continuously falls out of my phone over and over and over I went back explained it showed him and he said not my products that has never happened to me so I'm not too sure what you're talkin about I tried to explain it shorter and sweeter and he would not budge the nice salesman they wanted to be my friend showed his true colors because I already took it out of the box and used it. So I gave three stars I'm on the fence will I go back probably not last resort quite possibly.

The guys at this location are AWESOME! Very helpful, personable, and customer service oriented. The owner, Aniel, knows customers by first name. Very impressed. Small town feel - from a huge mobile provider. Switched from Boost and am very pleased. Referring my friend who has cricket. 5 stars for sure!

The LG model LM K500MM I purchased 3 weeks has several issues. The male who answered my call, today, rudely and unprofessionally hung up on me without explanation. When I immediately called back, I was routed to immediately voicemail. Issues with cellphone and store staff:1. It freezes, regularly, but not daily. 2. The mobile hotspot feature in the cellphone that gives me option to turn off hotspot feature after 5 minutes of inactivity does not work. The mobile hotspot remains on for hours, even when not in use, thus, depleting my hotspot mobile data balance. The man who answered my call at metro store told me that I have to disconnect any device from my hotspot, or it will mot turn off data feature. I explained to the male that the cellphone has no instructions regarding what he just told me. Nor is it mentioned in the user guide. Therefore, I wouldn't know to turn off device, nor would I have bothered to use the hotspot feature asking when to turn off mobile data. The first time I called customer service, I spoke with tech support. They reset my cellphone, however, it disconnected my phone call and nobody returned my call. The reset did not help.I need to get all the data lost, or wasted, on the non-operating feature, or a monetary credit issued to my account. That is fair. 3. There is a promotional offer that comes with the $60 service plan. The offer allows me the use of Amazon Prime, along with Prime Video, at no charge. However, I'm unable to access that site's services at no cost. 4. The "611" dialing feature to contact customer service doesn't work. The app designed to help just tells me to follow prompts, but there are none. Thank you for reading. I sincerely hope someone cares and rectifies the issues.

Great place. Friendly service and very knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help and goes out of the way to make sure you have the right service and phone. Have not seen any store as nicely kept and served as this one.

I had forgotten to pay my bill in Oregon and went here to pay my bill. Met a really great guy there who could help me with my insomnia. Also ran into some Razzor Sharp fans. The guy that helped me was super 😎 cool.

I read some of the reviews here am really disappoint at gracie Smith. Making it sound like they only like mexicans there. Money is green an that's all it matters . if you dont like the store. Go to were they allow only white people or half Mexicans. You know how stupid that sound. I am a costumer there an I see white people go inside an get the same services as any other human just bring green bills. An you'll get treated the same way. The people there are friendly an helpful shame on you gracie smith!!!!

This is by far the worst, most racist of all the Metro PCS stores. Monday November 6, 2017 there was one worker. I arrived about 25 minutes until close and the only other person in the store was his friend (which I assume from their special romantic handshake as he left). I requested the special 4 lines for 100 dollars which was hesitantly accepted and then told my lines were probably not eligible. I pressed the issue and he admitted they were eligible but needed acct number and pin. When I produced both on a piece of paper, he informed me I needed to get a printout from each carrier. I called 3 other Metro stores and all of them said they did not require printouts. Based on my prior experiences in this store and from that employee in particular, I am convinced this was racially motivated bias Because of my light complexion and apparent visible white race. In the past, this same employee told me it was a Mexican store and I should find another. The only time he has helped me was when there were other employees present and even then I had to know the specials and sales exceptionally well to prevent him from disqualifying me from the deal. If you have business with Metro, avoid this store, unless you happen to be obviously Mexican. The half mexican I am is not enough to satisfy this store's preference.

It's better than most authorized. Dealers for MetroPCS. I prefer going to corporate up in Anaheim. They get the job done, not overly friendly but convenient. And knowledgeable
