Sales associates are very nice, if you can find them. Fully stocked inventory. Order online and pick up is quick, but parking may be a little difficult to find.

I always like to walk around in Michael's. Its fun looking and seeing new ideas to do craft and art projects. But people were not very helpful. I was looking for a particular item. And couldn't find it.
