This review is late in documenting. I brought my car here the first time for a scratch from my garage door. I paid cash. It was done in 3 days and the cost was as quoted. The second time I came to Rick, insurance was utilized. My car is a 2022 brand new. The dealer quoted me 200 more than Rick and it was in HB. I wanted to support the mom and pop business so I took it to Rick. It took 18 days to get it back. Ok, it was new and hard to get parts. When I picked it up, it went from $2900 quote to $5000+. No warning. Said, it needed more that what appeared. My question was when you had my car and did the estimate, you had 18days to take it apart and look at it .... We think this is insurance fraud. I referred him to a friend prior to my experience and was told he did the same exact thing. Pretty shady Rick.

I came to this shop to have a huge dent in my passenger door fixed and very prominent/unsightly dried paint removed from my front hood. Steve was so nice and flexible. He accommodated my schedule despite my availability falling out of their operating hours, and was happy to pick me up and drop me off to/from the shop. the work came out excellent and was ready within one day. I had a genuinely great experience here, it was above and beyond and would recommend to anyone! They care about treating their clients well! I’m very happy I did business here!

They were highly recommended by a neighbor as a small business which I love to support. I brought in my honda for minor "cosmetic" work with the paint, but in a few places around the car. The quote was honest and fair and Rick (one of the owners) was friendly and personable. We had a minor issue when the car was picked up but was resolved quickly and professionally as a company who makes sure their customers are happy. The communication was outstanding, my car almost looks brand new, and it's 10 years old. We are beyond satisfied and wouldn't hesitate coming back if needed. Thankyou for such great service!

I used this place for bumper/dent repair because they were highly rated on Nextdoor app. I'm so glad I did because this is a very professional small business that: -quickly did outstanding work in a short time period -Had reasonable price with the option of insurance or cash pay -Very courteous and competent owner and staff Hopefully I don't need auto body work done again but if I do, this would be my first choice.

I had a large dent on my brand new Chevy Traverse on the front bumper and they repaired it perfectly! There is no sign that my car ever had a dent, it looks brand new! Only took a few hours. I highly recommend this place! Thanks again to Rick and his crew!

Thank you Rick! You have earned my business for life! I will also be referring anyone I know, that is ever in need of 5 star service! I brought in my 2019 Accord to Rick, because I had been in a minor accident a few weeks before. The car wasn't in bad shape, but the accident really screwed up my paint and of course dented the body. I hadn't even noticed that my tire and rim were also beat up. When I got my car back from Rick, it was as if the accident had never happened. I was also pleasantly surprised when Rick fixed a dent completely unrelated to the accident! Rick was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. It is no wonder Rick has been in business as long as he has. He really knows how to treat his customers. Thank you for everything!

Rick did an awesome job from start to finish! I was impressed by how well he was at communicating and following up. I had a bumper repair for my 2011 VW Golf and the paint job was amazing. It was a great color match to the rest of the body and it looked like a new car. Highly recommended and thanks again for your help!

Very nice. I didn't actually get my car fixed here but I wanted to mention that they were very nice and accommodating for the estimate. He even had one of his guys come out and correct my driver's side door enough so I could open it all the way until I can get it fixed. No charge. The estimate wasn't the lowest, but he may be willing to negotiate his price if he's higher than his competitors.

I was referred to this company by Norm Reeves Honda...luckily they gave me two referrals because this company was a bust, big time. First, they are not a mobile company and won't go to the customer, as their name suggests. My husband's brand new Honda CRV that we bought at the end of January had a spot that somehow got pushed in on the front quarter panel that was making the door rub against it when we opened the passenger door. The guy at Honda even said it was just a small pushed in spot and said it should be able to get popped out quite easily. We took the car to Mobile Paint and Dent Repair this morning to let them look at it and talk about overkill! They quoted us $1,202.41 to repair it...WTF, seriously?! They were basically quoting to take the front side of the car apart to fix it, align the fender, and repaint the whole quarter panel. Ridiculous. It wasn't a lot of damage and maybe they were trying to put it back to factory perfection, but we felt like it was overkill. As my husband said, we wanted a hot dog and they were trying to sell us a ribeye steak. LOL The other guy Honda referred us to was Paul Lukes from Dent Crafters. He's not on Yelp, so if you want his info, message me. He works with a lot of dealerships like Honda, but also the high-end ones like Mercedes and Porsche to do mobile paintless dent repairs. Paul took one look at the car, pulled out a few things, and, literally, less than 10 minutes later the pushed in quarter-panel was pulled out and the door was no longer rubbing. It looks perfect. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at my Honda CRV because I had a small pancake-sized dent in my rear quarter-panel from rubbing up against something new in my garage a couple of years ago...and it was right on that outward crease that goes above the wheel well. He told me the cost and I said yes and he got to work...when he was done, it was perfect and we couldn't even tell there was ever a dent! This guy is seriously awesome! No wonder he's working for the high-end dealerships! Here's the best part...Paul charged us $50 to fix my husband's car and $125 to fix my car (which was definitely more challenging)...and it was all done in about 45 minutes!!! I'm sharing this part of my day because I want readers to know how easy these repairs were even though Mobile Paint and Dent Repair was quoting us an absurd amount for a very small job. The moral of the story is...if you're looking for a paintless dent repair place that can fix a small dent, DO NOT call this company. Message me for Paul's information as he's so busy and only works through personal referrals or for higher-end dealerships...or call someone else...that is, of course, unless you're a perfectionist and want your car returned to factory perfection, then these guys might be your ideal. They just weren't ours.
