We recently moved to the area and were referred to OC Cyclery by another bike store due to its excellent reputation and extensive bike selection. Bryce helped us out, and we both left with awesome Specialized bikes for a great price. The guys here provided me with info on my bike and helped me tune it and even gave it a clean. The staff was polite and took me in as a walk in even though they were busy, putting the customer first. I really appreciate these guys and a huge thank you to Bryce for taking his time to answer my questions and go out of his way to help me! Will definitely be coming back for any repairs in the future !

Bryce and Luis was super nice and helpful! They worked on my bike and did a quick fix for it. They inflated my tires, wiped it down and lubed the chains to ensure it was working. It only took 20 mins! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or a bike tune up!

Last week I was searching the internet for Specialized Levo e-bike. I found OC Cyclery online and they had a good variety of preowned e-bike models at decent pricing and also liked the fact that they are also an authorized Specialized Dealer. I currently own a Specialized Stumpjumper Evo and I am familiar and a fan of the brand. I was looking at purchasing a Specialized Levo, but not sure what model and OC Cyclery had what I was looking for. Bryce was working when I went over, he was very knowledgeable of the product and explained the differences between the Levo 2, Levo 3 and Levo 4. He threw pedals on a Levo 2 and Levo 4 for me and let me take both for a test ride out back. I wasn’t looking at purchasing a bike this day, but Bryce and I worked out a great deal that I couldn’t pass up and ended up purchasing the Levo 2 SL. NOTE: the Levo 2 SL was a never ridden factory snickered zero miles used bike. I couldn’t take the bike home cause I didn’t bring my truck so Bryce dropped it off at my home later that day. I recommend you stop by and check this place out if you are looking for a Specialized.

Recently purchased a Specialized Turbo Levo 4 from OC Cyclery; Tom and his team did all they could to make the transaction easy and seamless, and the price of the bike was better than at any other bike shop. To top it off, they even drove the bike to me at no charge. A fantastic shop and great guys.

The shop is small but they have a huge selection of new and used bikes. Don’t be mislead by the higher end bikes they list on the web site. They are worth checking out even if you are looking for something less expensive, like I was. They were busy when I walked in, but still acknowledged me and helped me as soon as they could. Walked out with a used bike at a much lower price than I was prepared to spend the day before at a large chain where I was ignored for 30 minutes before I left. I highly recommend OC Cyclery.

These guys are the best!I bought a bike on-line from them and had it shipped to Iowa. The whole process was Top Notch! The pictures and description of the bike were very accurate. The price I paid was very fair as well. Great communication also.They packed it very well and shipped it lightning fast through Bike Flights. They dropped it off at the shipper about an hour after I paid for it.I cannot say enough good things about this shop! They Rock!I Love my new bike and would not hesitate to buy another bike from them.Highly recommend!!

This is a great, local bike shop with friendly, helpful staff.I walked in here looking for my first road bike and the gentleman in the shop was extremely helpful, answering any and all questions I had about bicycles that I had already been researching. He took the time to address my concerns, talked about various options and finally presented me with something he felt would be a good fit, and I'm happy to say he was spot on! I was able to test ride the bike and he got me all set up on it.Great shop, great staff, great experience overall. I'll be sure to come back to this shop for future maintenance needs and am more than happy to recommend them for any potential buyers.
