Terrible the Website said the store closes at 7:00 pm, but I was eating at the Ola restaurant and walked over doors were the doors locked at 6:18pm. I saw 2 blond girls locking up. I said your website says you close at 7:00 pm. They told me that summer hours and haven’t started the summer hours. I said, oh okay what time do you open tomorrow morning. They said they were opened at 10:00 am. I said okay, but looked on the website and it’s 11:00 am. Let me tell this clothing store is missing out losing customers, because people were trying to open the door, but your store is closed at 6:00pm. I’m able to see because our table is outside and can see. So sad…

A shared space co-op retail location at Pacific City. Each seller has their own specialties of what they sell.

My experience at open market was extremely horrifying; I'm never returning for one reason and person. I came in a few weeks ago to browse when I overheard a worker calling customers "stupid for being in her way." She was wearing leggings, black hair, and has tattoos. I wasn't able to get a name, but she was extremely passive aggressive, rolling her eyes and sighing when I was around the area as her. As a person who works in retail, I understand frustration, but don't make it visible to customers. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I stopped in after hearing about it on social media. Great location, the store itself is cute, and they sell a ton of jewelry, candles, clothes, accessories. I bought a couple of necklaces, a ring, and a candle. I was interested in trying on a few dresses but found the three employees/sales associates I interacted with to be very unfriendly and I wasn't really comfortable interacting with them any more than I had already. I get the feeling it's that cool girl, exclusive vibe they're going for, and maybe that's awesome for some shoppers. I'd stop in if i were at pacific city but wouldn't make any special trips to go.

I'm a girl who loves her crystals and they actually have a pretty decent and good looking variety, placed in little pockets around the store. I bought a jade beaded bracelet ($15) and a pair of quartz earrings ($22). I'm pretty picky with crystal jewelry - sometimes they can look kind of gaudy - but the earrings were understated and beautifully designed. Staff are helpful and attentive as well.

Neat concept of a store that sells goods made locally.. however, upon arrival you get no welcome or even asked if you have any questions or need assistance. I wandered around the whole store, as I was curious of all the products, and was not once spoken to. The two staff were just at the register area talking amongst themselves while myself and a few other potential customers were walking around the store. As for the products, you can find tons of jewelry, some womens clothes, a small section of girls/toddler dresses, small section of dog outfits, and lots of candles.

Seriously love this place!! It's basically like taking some of the best you see on Etsy and making it a store. I could literally spend all day looking around! Prices vary depending on which vendor you are looking at and what it is, but I wouldn't say crazy expensive and the staff is all super nice! I always come here for gifts!

Stopped in after dinner last Friday & was just there to show a freind the store real quick because it's so cute & only had 10 minutes but then I met Hope the Merchandiser, it was too cold in there so I put in a jacket just to walk around no plan to buy anything but this amazing little gal had such an outgoing personality & was so funny she convinced me I really needed to buy a coat not just to wear in the store! I tried on another & we knew this was the one & I had to have it! Good job Hope! Not only are you a creative merchandiser you sold me a coat I was not planning to buy! I love it with no regrets! See you again soon for more fun and entertaining shopping! They really do have amazing stuff!

Always helpful and polite! Not a lot of mens items but still a great gift spot for a puppy, child, or a lady in your life

Basically a garage sale! The store is unwilling to allow any exchanges or returns whatsoever. No exceptions. This makes it impossible for purchasing gifts. Also a lot of their items are damaged / marked as wrong sizes.. which you might not notice until you get home or give it to someone as a gift and they notice. **They refuse to do returns or exchanges. Their answer was "buy gift cards next time". Seriously?!!! **Basically it's a garage sale - all sales are final. **Make sure to inspect each item extremely carefully and try it on before purchasing. They'll be out of business in no time I'm sure.**UPDATE: I also purchased a necklace and it was way too long on my girlfriend so the very next day I brought it in to exchange for a same priced necklace by the same vendor.. and they still said no to the swap. Unreal.

Open Market OC is my favorite place to shop for gifts. I love walking around and seeing the unique items and things for sale. I have visited two of the three locations and both are so different. Many different sellers at each. I have found jewelry, plants, clothes, baby gifts, etc. The staff that works there are so friendly and kind. It's definitely a place you should check out!
