Placed order online for pickup. Response after placing order is that it would be ready in 2 hours. Went to store 2 1/2 hours later. Girl at front counter could not find order and told me no order had been placed. I then gave her order number and after several minutes found order on computer. Had not even been started to be pulled yet. I'm sorry when a store tells when it will be ready, it should be ready. This place does not respect our time. DO NOT place order online. They wouldn't even let me go and get order from shelves. The employees at this place are RUDE and DONT CARE.....

So I had originally booked an appointment for grooming today 2-8-2024. Groomer Emma, checked out my dog, it's been a few months since his last grooming (different groomers) she mentioned that she won't be able to groom my dog due to slight matted fur around his floppy ears. Emma said that I would have to take my dog to a vet that does grooming first to get rid of the matted fur. I am not an expert when it comes to all things grooming. I took her word for it. I called one of the recommended vet groomers she gave me, and they said that the reason why they would groom a pet is because the pet is aggressive and would need to be sedated. My dog is not aggressive and is use to grooming. Then I called around around. The general consensus is that there should be no reason to turn away a dog with matted fur. To think that I was going to bring my dogs here for grooming every month. I will take my business elsewhere.

Got a call an hour before my dog grooming appointment and they canceled appointments because groomer have to go. I asked the person who’s called to do the bath at least and I can wait for grooming. Christine said no we can’t do that. Unprofessional person. 0 customers service.

Petsmart daycare is fantastic! Our puppy goes to daycare off and on. Recently we had work done at our home and she went due to anxiety of workers being in home. It’s so nice to have an update in their report cards. All staff really care about the dogs. She was ready to go home, and slipped out of her collar and ran towards the door. 4-5 staff went to help retrieve her. I was very happy to have the assistance. Bravo !

They were working on it while we were there, BUT the most filthy fish tanks I'd ever seen in a pet store with dead fish, too.

5 stars to James the groomer! He does an amazing job on my dogs Bugatti and Mallory! He treats them like the tiny babies they are and even uses a very soft comforting voice to calm them, just the way they like it! (They’re spoiled ) he truly cares about his dogs and it shows! My babies always look so cute with their fluffy paws and teddy bear cuts ????

The current situation with how Petsmart houses Betta fish is quite alarming and needs urgent attention. These vibrant and graceful creatures are being kept in extremely small jars that are not suitable for them. In these confined spaces, they hardly have any room to swim, which is essential for their wellbeing. Additionally, these jars lack proper water filtration, leading to unhealthy living conditions that can harm the fish. It's particularly distressing to see some Bettas in such poor health that they begin to deteriorate right in these jars. This is a clear sign of inadequate care and a poor living environment. There's a strong need for regulations prohibiting the keeping of Betta fish in such restrictive spaces. These jars don't provide the necessary space for healthy movement and growth. Ideally, Bettas should be housed in larger aquariums where they have ample space to swim freely. In larger tanks, it's easier to maintain clean and healthy water conditions, which are crucial for the fish's health. Changing their living conditions is not just a minor improvement; it's a fundamental aspect of responsible and humane animal care. The way Petsmart is currently keeping these fish is unacceptable and falls short of the standard of care that all animals deserve.

I would have done a one star if it wasn't for your cashier Jayden I hope I spelled this right. I shop frequently here and have no idea who the manager was but both were very rude. I spend so much in your store , I should not have been treated the way I was when returning with a receipt. Thank you Jayden for having excellent customer service. I would send the other back to training very rude. This was oct 22,2023 6:45

Went in today to get some worms. The girl that came to help us seemed to not be very friendly. My husband accidentally stepped in front of her as she was walking , she rolled her eyes big time and made a really discussing face. When she brought the worms out I said to her that it wasn't necessary for her to roll her eyes and make a face. She got very friendly suddenly and said she didn't roll her eyes. I said yes you did...Then she said if she did she was unaware of it. I'm not exaggerating , this was some of the outright rudest behavior I've seen. Tell your employees that they really need to keep their attitude in check. My husband didn't do it on propose , his back was turned and he didn't see her.
