When me and my girlfriend were ring shopping at Princess Bride Diamonds, Rose helped us pick out the perfect ring. When I was finally ready to get the ring, I lived on the east coast. Communicating with Rose over email was a seamless experience and the ring arrived on time for the proposal. The ring looked even better than I had imagined. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My Fiance and I found Princess Bride on instagram after trying to find the right fit to what she was envisioning. We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. I would recommend Jackie over and over again. Plan to go back many more times for wedding bands and other pieces of jewelry.

I had been eyeing a ring here for YEARS, and my fiancé and I ended up going last year and trying it on. Few months later he went back to get it. I am still so in love with it, and now we are getting married this Saturday! It’s truly the most gorgeous ring I’ve ever seen, perfect details. I don’t remember the name of the girl who helped us, but she was so sweet!

I had 3 consultations with Parker at this jewelry store and every time we met he answered all of my questions and with an excellent attitude. Loved the entire experience of ring shopping. My gf (now fiancé) and I went in clueless and Parker really guided us in our shopping process by educating us about the various shapes, sizes, the four “C”s of a diamond. He was also patient enough to show different designs for rings as well.
The payment/checkout experience felt very secure with clearly noted prices, next steps and ETAs. The ring was complete a week before the scheduled date. I will 💯 recommend PBD to my friends!

Went through a lot of options and BPD’s site and found a few that worked. After mixing and matching I decided to use the chat option to see if someone could help me figure out why my selection would look like. Caraline answered right away and even sent pictures of what my option would look like.
I’m more of a Velcro watch and Velcro wallet guy so having Caraline and the PBD team help me was beyond helpful!

One of the easiest processes I have ever gone through. Something you don’t expect to read on a review for a jewelry based company, especially picking out something like your partners forever stone. Jackie made this one of the smoothest experiences I have ever been thru at any retail store.
She helped me pick between multiple settings, stones, cuts, clarity levels & colors. Explained everything easily so I could understand it and kept me updated during the construction process. Would recommended 10x over. The shipping process was quick and discrete as well.

Phenomenon service from an incredibly pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable team managed by Lisa the owner! I’ve never had such a personable and very stress free experience at a jewelry store. Lisa was outstanding and I had no idea she was one of the owners of the store until I was about to leave my appointment. I cannot thank her enough for helping me find my highly desirable ring style! I hope to return again soon! I would give her 100 stars if I could!! She gave me information about my own ring I was wearing and she even cleaned it as well. Like I mentioned earlier…. PHENOMENAL in every way possible and I feel like the word phenomenal is still an understatement!!!

I just finished working with PBD and I absolutely love them. They are a family business and you can tell, I felt very care for. I worked with Nikki through the text feature found on the site, and she was quick to respond, educative, and honest during the whole process. She helped me recreate a sold out setting that I wanted badly for my fiancé and she went above and beyond to get me what I needed when I needed it, and she never pushed l me to spend more.
• They have a free sizing if you get the stock size so you can resize after proposal and get your perfect size
• If you lose a side stone, they will replace it within the first year.
• I can’t recommend the text feature enough, it was incredibly convenient and helpful especially for someone as clueless as me.

There isn’t a place with better customer service. Their diamonds are beautiful and radiant. My wife is constantly stopped so people can see her ring. We were OVERJOYED with the whole process and the hardest part was just waiting (estimated 6-8 weeks, we ordered online from Texas). They answered our texts very quickly when we had a question and we were met with outstanding customer service. The ring is beautiful and is everything we were hoping for. There is nothing wrong with getting lab-grown diamonds, they look every bit as brilliant as a natural diamond (we got a 2.72 carat stone, D color, VS1, brilliant round cut). We were provided two certificates from American Gem Society and GIA. When we first ordered, we had asked to increase the ring's size by a half, to which they immediately contacted the factory and got that fixed without adding any extra time or fee since we asked early on. Very happy with this company - we found y'all on Instagram!

I could probably write an entire essay on how special Princess Bride Diamonds is! Everyone who works there are so nice from the moment you walk in. *Special shout out to Nikki, Regan, and the owner, Lisa.* SUMMARY: Phenomenal customer service, trustworthy, not pushy sales people, great quality, beautiful selections, and so many options from ready-made to custom pieces. Their whole philosophy is centered on trust, quality, and creating a magical experience in finding/creating the engagement ring of your dreams! LONG VERSION: My fiancé and I had the best experience at Princess Bride Diamonds, and Nikki is an absolute dream to work with! She truly made this experience feel so special, and she was so sweet and patient with me. Admittedly, I was indecisive and second guessed myself a lot, but she was always there to help me figure things out, answer all my questions, and reassure me. I didn't at all feel judged or pressured, which had been our experience at other places prior to PBD. Nikki was just as excited as I was to put together my dream ring, which added to the excitement and made me feel so supported. I highly recommend working with Nikki, or anyone else at Princess Bride Diamonds! I couldn't be happier with my new engagement ring, and I definitely plan on going to them for some custom pieces in the future as well, such as my wedding band and resetting the diamond from my first engagement ring. Also, if you're looking for a marquise, you know how hard it is to find a local jeweler who has them--PBD HAS SO MANY and they're all so perfect! Their selection of loose natural and lab diamonds are so amazingly curated; they so intentionally select the most beautiful quality of cuts, color, and sizes. They even have moissanite, and fancy cuts like hearts! You could trust that if they don't have what you want, they will source the best in quality and price. Additionally, they have a lifetime warranty and offer recommendations for 2 different types of insurance; which I think affirms trust that they genuinely care about their customers, and they take pride in what they create and stand by the quality of their pieces and customer experience.

We stopped by on a busy Saturday afternoon without an appointment. Cash helped us and he was great. Showed us different loose diamonds, settings in different sizes, quality and price ranges. Patient and no pressure sales tactics. The selection was good and the diamonds are beautiful. Highly recommend. If you're looking for a unique ring, come by here. The NOVA setting is really nice.
