It was easy! I had an early morning appointment. Received a text to check in. They called me right on time. The phlebotomist was kind and personable. She did a great job.

No person in reception, came in just for a stool sample cup for a later appointment and they made me sign in and wait after all the appointments and when lab technicians would come out to ask for their patients, they were snappy. What is up with customer service?!

Can’t reach them via phone to confirm location. Automated system hangs up on everyone. Contact Us link shows error every time you click submit. Unacceptable software and alternative contact technology. The actual office itself is great and the staff very friendly. Trying to teach them another whole ordeal.

I was in at 6:30 checked in as a walk in there was only 2 in front of waiting only 2. Both where taken in and a man was checking in and the technician took the 2 person in and the man checking in as a walking ask the technician how long does he have to wait the technician said it depends I have someone every 10 minutes and that was a lieu because I waited until 7:30 and no one came in and they never came out to check on me and I left. I will never go there again. What kind of technician do you hire

I gave this one star because I could not give it a zero. I came to this quest diagnostic center because I used it once before, and it seemed pretty efficient even for walk-ins about a year ago. I had to get my annual blood panel done simple blood withdrawal procedure. Upon arrival, there is not a single human being in the check-in area, and never was. They replaced a receptionist with automated check-in terminals. There is no interaction at all until a phlebotomist comes to the door and calls someone in. If you engage them, they direct you to the terminals. I came at the end of the day 3 o'clock... ( as I had done a year prior) this facility closed at 4:30 there was less than a handful of individuals. After almost 90 min, Looking at the queue there was no more appointments and only myself and another walk-in and it was 420. The phlebotomist came out and told me they had to close. The other patient and I explained that we still had 10 minutes left and that they could totally get us in... he took us in. His colleague could not find my blood order and basically told me that since they could not find it, they could not do the extraction. And kicked me out. I had fasted all day ... I returned the next day after talking to my doctors office who told me they could not even call on the doctors line to talk to somebody there and ask me if I could confirm with someone that they received the fax when I arrived. Again the same procedure I sat down and waited. Someone came out, and I explained the situation. They found the fax and gave it to me and told me to wait in the waiting room. At one point there were 17 people in line and zero people being serviced. I have the photo and it stayed like this for at least half an hour. a gentleman came up to drop off a sample and they told him he needed to go through the check-in queue! Literally, he had the bag already ready and all they had to do is take it and then made him go through the check-in, queue, and sit down and wait for 15 to 20 minutes before they came back out again to take it from him! I sat there for two hours, waiting, while the standby queue only went down by three people. It was a complete travesty and a joke. They tell you to call the number but when you call the number, you are in automated service that never let you talk to a human being confirmed by my doctors office as well. The staff at this facility is indifferent, nonchalant, and aloof. They do not care. They are also rude and condescending. There is no manager or administrator that oversees them just phlebotomist/lab techs... this place wasted my time as I had to return to work after two hours... if I was quest, I would send an administrator over there to get that team in line and start organizing the way they process their lines... they weren't even taking the appointment on time much less processing through the walk-in queue... I will never go there again. In short, they suck. Trust me, don't waste your time going there thinking you'll have a different experience. my opinion is not unique as several of us in the waiting room were all voicing the same concerns and frustrations...

Lorna was amazing!!! I have had a terrible needle phobia ever since I was 5 and I've only ever had 2 good experiences in my entire life with a phlebotomist, the first one at the Newport Hoag emergency room a few years ago and the second was today with Lorna. She worked with me, made me feel safe and comfortable; I'm surprised I didn't cry or scream to be honest which is normal for me. I absolutely loved her I will be asking for her again. She is incredibly patient and I appreciate it very much as it is difficult to find a phlebotomist that understands phobias.

Can't make online appointments. Only "at home deposit" requests for an additional $55. So I went in at opening(6am) for a blood test, 9:10am was earliest. I'll go elsewhere

Most unorganized facility I have ever been too. Over an hour behind on appointments, calling the wrong people, calling people out of order making others wait. Rude individuals and if you complain.... They make sure it hurts a little more than it needs to!!

Pre-op blood test. Making online appointment was easy. Appointment time was serviced perfectly. Results were forwarded to my doctor in a timely manner.

I absolutely hate getting blood work done simply because nobody can find a vain. I usually get the pin cushion treatment. Viet found a vain and got it first try ? what a relief! Viet’s a pro highly recommended him

Make appt, usually in within 15 mins. Fairly efficient. Staff is nice. Lots of parking.

I skimmed the reviews on Yelp before visiting this location...I feel like there was a lot of negative comments which was not accurate to my experience. Parking was easy, office was nice, staff was helpful, and visit was quick. I had an appointment scheduled but another women in the office did not and I noticed she was seen within a reasonable timeframe (obviously this can vary). The staff was communicative to patients sitting in the lobby & there was a staff available to help people check in. I thought it was great & I will be back for future appointments.
