I did not have an appointment this time, but the process to check in without an appointment was easy and quick. I was seen within 45 minutes of my arrival and the staff was helpful and nice. Tim was my phlebotomist and he was super nice, quick and efficient. I always have a great experience at Quest, no matter the location I go to. Thank you!

I have been coming here for years ,it's turning from bad to worst . The most unfriendly set up I have ever experienced. You walk inn and desk windows are now permanently closed . No people check in .just computers. I see old people having troubles understand how to check in every time I am here . Whomever is the manager sucks in running this place . They need to change how they run this place here . I use to love this place now I have exiety to come here .

WORST SERVICE EVER. I had to bring my 5 yr old in for blood work. Didn’t smile at him or speak to him. Didn’t try to make him feel comfortable. Just grabbed another nurse to hold him down and used a harsh tone with him. SOOOOO TRAUMATIC for my 5 year. I got upset and left without getting his blood drawn. The two ladies we saw today have zero people skills. I walked away feeling very disappointed.

My partner has a horrible time with needles, but this place was very reassuring and very calming for them. The doctor who assisted us was an absolute angel.

I always receive efficient, courteous care from staff. The locations are convenient and it’s a quick in ‘n out and appointments are easy to make and are plentiful. I’m a committed Quest user.

Tim is great. I don't like having frequent blood drawn to stay ahead of my health but he always makes me feel relaxed with his soft Hawaiian music playing and I'm a hard poke and he gets the vein every time without any problems. The office is clean and well organized.
