My appointment it took over an hour, Due to miss management. I understand how this place has such a low rating. It's too bad because it's very conveniently located. You make an appointment and they can't stick to the time. Nurses were fine.

The phlebotomist was very abrupt and rude. First she made me wait even though no one was in the waiting room and the person before me did not respond to the text. She could not figure out who ordered the blood test. This is the first time the draw was not pleasant. It felt like she went through my vain, but I just wanted it over. I have gone to this location (Vons at Atlanta and Magnolia Huntington Beach) numerous times and always have had a good experience. I went to this place for the first time on 07/11/2024, Miss Megan Hernandez called me in on time and welcome me with a smile, I told her that I had problems with blood test, because my Blood vessels are too thin, I drinker lots of warm waters and took hot water shower prior to the blood test every time prior to the blood test but always had problems , she listened patiently and finished her work very professionally.

I went here about 5 to 6 weeks ago the women was very rude no one was there and asked if I had a appointment. I said no it hasn't been a problem before she said now it's appointment only as it is clearly marked on the door walk in welcome . She said well I have to let the appointments come first you'll have to wait I said I would I wasn't going to waste a 12hr. Fast. She then took me as one of the appointments waited. She definitely Hates her job.. I gave the 2 just because a one would mean fire her I believe she will eventually fire her self
