I’ve been getting my labs done at quest for many years. Usually I go to a quest location and they usually have ridiculous wait times, even with an appointment. For about a year now, I’ve been going to this location and have been pleasantly surprised, I am in and out of there in a timely manner and the phlebotomist is always super friendly. Special thanks to Matthew. He was very friendly and a ray of sunshine on this Valentine’s Day.

So slow and horrible customer service. When you walk in there is just a screen to greet you. You have no ability to speak with anyone. The last two times I have gone I have waited over and 1 1/2 past my appt time, but the kicker is that any time a tech comes out the just ignore you. They call a name but don't have any common courtesy such as saying I'm sorry for the wait. Then you can hear them in the room having full on conversations with the client name, DOB and so on no privacy. Plus the conversation goes way past the point of a blood test. If you are backed up just get the client in and out. I won't be back to this location.

The girl with the long curly hair had me waiting 20 minutes from 430 to almost 5 o'clock and then she came out at 4:55 and said I cannot take you even though you fasted for 9 1/2 hours you didn't have an appointment and I said why did you have me waiting? You told me to wait you knew that was the case I would never ever recommend anyone go to the long haired, curly haired girl with the flowers in her hair ever ever Ever. unbelievable, there was nobody else there

Today I had a blood draw at Quest which is conveniently located in my local Vons market. My wait was under 2 minutes and the entire paper work and blood draw process was literally "painless". My technician, rightly known as Miss Universe, was friendly, efficient and thorough. I give Miss Universe and Quest 5 STARS for todays visit.

Find it so so frustrating that you can't speak to anyone when you call with a simple question. Only option is listening to their automated system or going into the actual facility.

We went to the one on Magnolia and Atlanta ( Inside Ralph's). Helper was rude. There's was 25 minutes before the next appointment Butts she refused to take us as a walk in. Lazy worker. However we went to beach/ Adam's location inside Hoag building and it was night and day. Walked right in and was helped and very professional.

Don't get here without an appointment, they won't draw your blood which is frustrating if you drive far assuming you can walk in. There was no one there / no wait but still said no when it was 30 minutes before closing.

Great experience! Easy and fast. They only take apts - no walk ins. You'll need your drivers license and medical card to check in now.

I have only done a few Yelp reviews ever and they were positive but I had a very frustrating experience at the Quest inside Vons today and want to share. I had an appointment at 11:40 today. I did the virtual check in and sat in the waiting room. Right after I checked in the female working there closed the door to where they draw blood. I couldn't make out there conversation but could hear her laughing with the person in the room. A male that worked there kept calling in other people but I believe they were for flu or Covid shots. After 40 minutes the females were still behind the door and the male looked like he was done with people so I asked if he could help me. I explained I had an appointment at 11:40 and had been waiting. He sarcastically looked at me and said...well did you knock and tell her you were here? I said I was all checked in and she has been in with another patient the whole time. I have been to this location before and the people were nice so this was pretty surprising. Interestingly enough, at 1:00 I got a text to come in and they were ready for me. Yeah, my appointment time was at 11:40, I sat there until 12:20 before I left, then got a text at 1:00 that they were ready for me. Wow - I am not sure if they changed personnel there but I will not be back.

The people there at the Huntington Beach Location 18800 Main St. Suite 206 are very rude and you can hardly understand there English. The way they speak to the customers is awful. I would recommend going to a different Quest. If you ask a question they bite your head off. Very Very unprofessional

I went there after looking on line , of the 4th closest to my house, No where did it say by appt. only. I drove across town with my grandson in tow. The place was Empty. No one there but the tech. , , sitting , reading. She asked me if I had a appointment, I said no. She said she can't do it if I don't have an appointment. There was no one else there. I said there's no one else here, she said she couldn't do it without an appointment. It said no where on your site, by appointment only.
