I am a fan of DC, Quicksilver and Billabong since late 90.When I learned that there was a corporate store, I was like wow.Place is clean, some choice but not more than local board shop. Price are crazy, I leave in Quebec and shirt come on sale which are very often lower than 20$ CAD.Shirt were at 40usd... I was looking for Ken Block stuff without success (shirt was available on DC Shoes sommes Weekes ago). When I was at Quicksilver strore in Punta Cana, I bought special punta cana shirt. I was hopping to find "California", "LA", "Malibu" what ever that mean I was there.

Ordered a rash guard, after review need a different size, messaged customer service. Next day get a message sorry your received the wrong item. Although I had clarified in the first email I needed to change my order, I sent another clarification. I then receive a notification that my item shipped. Then promptly receive a message that there is nothing they can do since it is a sale item. I am stuck with an item now I cannot use. Horrible customer service. People work hard for their money. Especially during this economic rebuilding phase after the pandemic. DO BETTER! I will not shop any of your brands. I can order an Australian brand and get better customer service.

My family and I had a great experience at the store. The manager Luke and sales representative Maria were helpful and so nice to my young child. We will come back again. Thank you.

Great store for Surf City apparel, especially Quicksilver. Hungarian customer totally impressed. Senior Store Manager Luke, mega helpful. Gotta go there!

Shorts fell apart a week after purchase, could only offer me a "code"- oh a code to buy more poorly made product? No thanks.Very poor customer serviceshop elsewhere.

They sent me a $229 jacket with unfortunate defective stitching in the sleeve. If I cut the stitching off, the seam would open. Rather than offer to replace it or offer compensation they got back to me super quick and simply told me to take my issue up via the warranty. Not buying anything from them again after the grand I spent in the last few months. I thank them for putting me on notice that I should buy elsewhere. I'm ok with spending more knowing customer service is part of a companies business model (Fusalp, Moncler, etc, here I come).

Absolute worst customer I have ever received. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE THROUGH THEM!!!! Check out the terrible reviews on the better business bureau and all the other sites before you waste your money! And definitely do not ever make the mistake of getting any custom orders. Unless you want to wait half a year. The supervisors for customer support are absolutely horrible.

this location is smaller, but way neater and well staffed. i was actually able to walk into a clean changing room, and try on my masses of arctic gear. it was also nicely organized so i didn't have to go digging for my size. also found more deals here than the bigger store in RC.
