This pharmacy is horrible they call me out of the blue to bicker for 20 minutes that the prescription the doctor gave can be bought over the counter I said I don't care I wanted to go through insurance I've gotten it that way before bickering bickering bickering and guess what he didn't even try to run it through insurance you call me up and disrupting my evening got to argue and repeat myself. over and over. Talking about stephen tonight. secondly they've done this before they don't want to run stuff if it's over the counter. Thirdly they're usually pretty rude talking to you at the same time stupid stuff like that and I see a few of them have white stuff hanging out of their nose and running around like they're going 40 miles an hour guess who's doing what. Others don't speak English can't figure out what trying to tell me on the phone. And then I get a text saying I have a prescription due for a refill I call up and ask about it they can' find it..

Steven the manager of the pharmacy is an unprofessional employee. Instead of helping me on an issue - he chooses to prove me wrong and acted very confrontational. Very immature individual. Ralph’s should look into person abusing their power.

My first experience attempting to use the Ralph's pharmacy was for a medication in which I was using a good RX coupon. I was told by the head pharmacist that these coupons are no longer good because GoodRx had run out of money and didn't work, so Ralph's was unable to honor the coupon. I reached out to two other pharmacies (CVS and a rite aid), and was told that the coupon worked fine and thus I transferred & filled my prescription. I don't know if the pharmacist was being dishonest or not however it doesn't make me inclined to use this pharmacy again.I did read that Kroger itself does not honor goodrx coupons, which is quite different than saying the goodrx coupon itself is bad.

This grocery store is my 3rd choice in town. They regularly do not have enough checkout lanes open, are one of the few businesses that still don't have the tap option for credit card payments, and have the highest prices compared to Von's and Albertson's. In a pinch, they're fine but I recommend shopping elsewhere.

I just wanted to update the picture, this store has the best displays. I even asked the manager Brian a question today, he was super nice.

This busy group is always helpful. My prescriptions are usually ready sooner than scheduled, which I really appreciate. I've tried various pharmacies closer to where I live, but problems with the others (mostly rx's not being filled after I had submitted them online and then had to call the pharmacies twice when they weren't ready as scheduled) kept me coming back to this one, so I'm staying with Ralph's Peninsula HB.

Staff is nice enough but there is always a long wait. And the people available to help while you’re waiting will ignore you. Bad customer service.

This used to be my first choice grocery store , but unfortunately 2 plus years after Covid and it's continuing to decline. The continuous lack of stocked shelves, understaffed employees, trash in the parking lot, and old rickety carts just makes it unpleasant to shop here. The employees have always been friendly and helpful and they still are but they are spread thin. I never used to shop at their competitor down the street but I find myself driving farther to Albertsons just because they have everything I need.

This Ralphs on Goldenwest/Garfield is the best grocery store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Large selection of items. Their liquor manager is excellent. She is extremely helpful, friendly, and has great recommendations! They have a great selection of wine, whiskey, bourbon, etc. I recommend this store highly if you want to shop where the staff actually care about their customers!

Amazing Ralph's store with a huge variety of produce, healthy food selections, a bakery and prepared food to-go. Large selection of fine cheese, craft beers, and fresh flowers. Basically a one-stop location for all your basic home needs. The store is nicely lit and kept clean. Plenty of parking out front. I could get pleasantly lost in the aisles, exploring the hundreds and hundreds of options. Their bulk-food section was an inviting display with an impressive selection of dry goods. I grabbed a spicy tuna roll from their Japanese food section and it hit the spot for dinner. Thank you for having an accessible bathroom incase you spend hours in there browsing!

This is for the pharmacy at Ralph's on Goldenwest in Huntington Beach. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, much better than CVS. There is never a long wait. I've gone here for multiple vaccines. They accept walk-ins for most.

The pharmacy is run by a technician named Tyler. I went to fill a prescription, Tyler told me pay $120, I told him I have GoodRx and I usually pay $10, he said sorry, go home and check with your GoodRx, I did and it was only $10, I went back to Tyler and showed him the printed copy of GoodRx and he gave me the medicine for $10. Why did he not check GoodRx in the first place ? why let me go back and forth? I went another time after I received a text that my prescription is ready, Tyler said "you have nothing ready, I do not know why you received a text!" A few days later again I received another text that my prescription is ready and again Tyler said I have nothing to be picked up, I complained and asked to speak to the pharmacist, who filled the prescription for me.So why Tyler twice said I have nothing to be picked up? Tyler is there to complicate things, he almost finds any excuse to send you away without having your life needed medicine, you have to go back and forth several times. People like Tyler should not be in a business that deals with medicine that is important for people lives. It is obvious also that Ralph's is to blame for having employees like this! Also the pharmacist is probably pretending see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing type of attitude If you depend on you medication, find another place with more caring people

Ralphs Grocery Stores said they paid out 1 million in Cash Back last year. Which is nothing for a Company that pays salaries Of over $1 million to their executives and has gross profits of well over millions and millions of dollars. However they choose to get a measly $100 million back from their customers by charging them now $.50 every time they want to get cash back. They will not only get my business anymore, I I am passing this on for you to decide whether or not they will get your business. An extremely greedy company to say the least.

Nice and attentive staff. The main pharmacist, Steven L I believe is his name, was very kind.
