Great class today and always helpful coaching tips. Programming at RedWolf is fire and also easy and fun to follow with my busy schedule when I can’t make it class. Really feel like I’m starting to make some great progress so I can be the athlete I want to be with their help.

Coach Kim is amazing, she is so positive and encouraging. She also drives hard, keep moving, you can do it, I hear over and over. Truth is I have been looking for years for the right gym and I have finally found it. Red Wolf ? is a positive and encouraging place to go hard and push yourself to new limits.

Danny is a fantastic coach. He is extremely knowledgeable in body mechanics, function and form. What’s more is that he has the ability to intuitively guide an athlete of any ability through a workout, ensuring proper scaling, accessibility and safety, yet challenging each individual to get out of their comfort zone. Super supportive and inspiring environment.

Incredible gym with group synergy, inclusiveness, and family-oriented values. They allow dogs and children to attend, so you never have to leave your best friend behind. Come here to stretch, strengthen yourself physically and mentally, and make new friends. My favorite part is the large percentage of women that are part of this community and the number of individuals of ALL ages and levels. Drop by for a single class and try it out.

While visiting the area, our family stopped in for a workout. The community was extremely friendly and the coaches were so helpful in making us comfortable. If we lived here, this would be our box of choice.

The coaching, programming, and equipment at this gym are amazing. Red Wolf will meet you at whichever stage you're at and nurture the pup day in and day out as you grow into a beast.If you're not coming from another Crossfit gym, while you begin to go to the regular group classes, there's a 6 week 1 on 1 ramp up that educates and integrates you into Crossfit's movements and values. It can take some time to tap into the community at the gym, but I'm sure with consistency connections with other gym goers will manifest. I can't say enough good things about the workouts and management of the gym. Seriously. The Red Wolf team is a group of conscientious grinders that work daily to cultivate the most polished gym I've had the pleasure of going to.

I have been doing CrossFit for almost 10 years and I’ve been at Red Wolf for about 3 years.The owners, Matt and Caitlin, are honest and hardworking professionals with high standards. Not only are they knowledgeable and experienced in health and fitness, but they also practice what they preach. They dedicate their lives to helping others be successful inside and outside the gym.The coaching and programming has changed my strength and skills dramatically. I started to hit PRs within months after switching to Red Wolf and I still continue to progress now.I have lost body fat and gained muscle mass because they teach proper nutrition and diet.I love the community because the coaches and members are welcoming and have positive energy.It’s hard to compare my experience at Red Wolf to any other gym. They’re definitely one of a kind and I feel grateful to be there.

Red Wolf CrossFit is a clean, organized, and well run facility! The coaches are great at meeting you at your ability level, and keeping you motivated through your fitness journey. If you are looking for a gym in the area, Red Wolf is by far the BEST option!

Matt and the Red Wolf team are amazing! From the first time I met with them for a free no sweat intro consultation to the onboarding process which was 1-on-1 and awesome they were so caring and helpful. And the workouts are great and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a member at red wolf for 7 months. I took my time when deciding to join— came to a few drop-in days and then dropped-in for a whole week. I ultimately made the decision to join because they have great programming. They provide a range of substitutions for a variety of fitness levels (beginners to advanced) which has allowed me to push myself to learn new skills and I have gotten so much stronger. Plus, everyone at the gym is friendly and supportive. I love coming in and really have to force myself to take rest days— otherwise I’d be in everyday :).
