Stopped by this lil gem in HB. I was in awed of all the RETRO goodies they have to offer (WOW). A great variety of all systems and game's. If your looking for some rare stuff this is the place to go. They have other good stuff besides games too. Go see for yourself. I met Jacob Asst Mgr. Very welcoming, friendly, honest, knowledgeable and received Excellent Customer Service. I came in to sell some game's and received really good good fair prices for them. I will be back again and letting my friends know.

Great store but when you buy something, it doesn't always work. Some things in the store work.

I visit here a lot and it is very often hit or miss, they have a good selection for new comers but hardly ever get new items in. They have collectibles sitting on the shelf that have been there for months and never have price changes and or new offers. The prices are basically the same as any online secondhand place but sometimes the prices can be pretty random and expensive. Their Pokémon card binders are always empty, and their "rare" cards are mediocre at best. Which is fine because I don't think people would sell their cards to them anyway. The few employees that work there are nice, but I feel sometimes they're a little loud and disruptive, they don't really ask if you're looking for anything either until you go up to them. It's off putting. I've also bought some console accessories like controllers etc, (probably won't again) which I bought for full price marked decently high. As a business I expect them to do some thorough disinfecting and cleaning on their trade ins but unfortunately I've bought two controllers that were really dirty with grime and dirt in the slits and battery covers.. they definitely were not given any tlc prior to my purchase. I've seen cleaner from secondhand shops honestly. I've also tried buying games but they end up not having the disk or lost it. :/ It has room for improvement. Just be smart when shopping here and make sure to inspect items before buying. Ask questions.

Sold us a broken game console, wouldn't let us return or exchange it. Checked later and the console was $15 cheaper on Amazon anyways.

Had fun searching the shelves initially, then decided to ask the associate working for a few specific games. He seemed so uninterested in helping me, it was laughable. Between any questions, he’d turn around and continue to play video games on a screen. Then when my requests became more frequent, he switched to a handheld (PSP if I remember correctly) so he didn’t have to keep turning around. It’s a bummer, I collect all variants of a specific title for all consoles, and I had to ask if the computer he was using had an option to search instead of him answering “umm, I’m not sure if we have that now”Luckily, they did have some things I wanted. His response was “yeah you’re just gonna have to find them” and proceeded to play video games. The store was empty at this time!Bummer, not too many instances where I can truly say a business lost out on my business outside of that day. My wife and I laughed it off and left.Cool store, but customer service was horrid.I’ll try back in a year or so.

If I can give no stars I would, don't waste your time coming here. I have some wolverine, X-Men cards from the early 90s and a mortal combat signed action figure still in box unopened and they offered me $5. Then the way they treated me as if I didn't matter to them, horrible customer service.

Ok store for those who like to find older video games. But when I tried selling my cards, they don't take in every yugioh card or pokemon that is even in at least good condition. That is too sell. They are a bit too cheap. There are specialties at okay prices. Need to do better on deals.

Don't call ahead and ask if they have something specific in stock because after you drive 45 minutes out of your way when gas prices are over $5/gal you will find that they not only DO NOT have it in stock, but their "sorry" is followed by "we should have double checked that". You think? I wanted to love this place- it's clean and fairly well organized and stocked. It's customer service isn't even minimal.

We were so excited to go home and play with the games we found (that we loved growing up) but when we got home, only one of them worked. We wrongly assumed that because they were SELLING them, that THEY THEMSELVES test out the games before putting them on the shelves. So bummed, lost $20 but the let down hurt more. Won't be returning.

Workers there are pretty cool. I love the huge Nights sign they have displayed, probably my favorite sign in any game store I've seen. Their game selection is good, but they have some really good games that are mixed in with filler/trash games out on the floor that they should probably put in the glass case otherwise people might overlook them.
