Purchased an RC plane during a sale, and out of the blue I got an email that they had cancelled my order. The manager actually called me afterwards, explained that there was a pricing error, and offered to make a one time exception. These things certainly happen, and I’m impressed that RC Visions was willing to make it right! Will certainly be shopping with them again.

Be warned, their online customer support is terrible and simply non-existent.
I really dislike writing bad reviews but here I am.
I bought an RC car for my son in November from their website.
Some screws were stripped and assembly has not been possible to this day.
I wrote twice to them without so much as a reply.
I have now been forced to go through a nightmare with the manufacturer who now say too much time has passed to file a guarantee claim. What a terrible customer experience.
To their credit, shipment, ordering went perfect.

I dont know about in store, but I'd never buy anything from them online again. Ordered at 2pm on a Thursday, and paid for next day air shipping. 10 am on Friday UPS still hasn't received the package. I called twice, and both times they told me it had shipped. UPS didn't receive the package until 6pm on Friday, It should have been at my door by now. It's now Saturday so next day air won't be here until Monday. This is California, to Utah. 2-3 day transit using ground! Refund my next day air charge!

STORE OWNER IS FLAT OUT LAZY!!!
Been here three times now. First experience was great, A younger employee explained to me the differences between lipo and nimh batteries while also showing me how to use an old battery charger that I had. Second experience was pretty disappointing, I brought it an old rc car to try to see what I could do to bring it back to life, this time the younger employee was not there and I spoke to an older man who seemed to be in charge. He told me that it’s basically not worth to fix and that the parts don’t exist anymore(they do indeed exist) and to just buy a new rc car from them. Third experience was also with the second guy, who I assume to be the shop owner. I came in with a brand new nitro rc car and told him the engine was seized last night but I got it fixed and that maybe my slipper clutch needed adjusting. He told me to my face he had no idea what I was talking about and to come back Friday when his nitro guy would be in??I was dumbfounded that he apparently knew “nothing” about nitro rc cars. Dudes a lazy joke

Great service. Made my month. I was recently caught in a flash fire and collected a series of 3rd degree burns to my torso and arm. I can't venture too far from my chair so I decided to start building an Xmaxx although I can't afford to build most of it, the few cheap plastic parts and pins I needed to help keep my sanity and distract me from torturous itching and nonstop pain. So many parts won't ship for a very long time. As small of an issue as it may seem to most, one of the two pin sets I ordered didn't come in my package. I emailed RCvisions with the issue and they immediately responded and the other pin set came 2 days later. After weeks of being brought to tears from agonizing pain, severe itching that cannot be scratched, and extreme boredom that compound these issues, I can't say how thankful I am for this company to get these four stupid little pins to me so fast so I can have ten minutes of peace installing them on the almost bare chassis. You guys rock. Sincerely.
