I love this store and shop here SO much, but I will not be going back anymore.I'm such an avid customer my husband actually surprised me with a shopping spree for kohls and sephora right before our first baby is due. I spent hours on the website preparing a list of all the things I wanted. I was so excited! Until I went in and was profiled, followed thru the store by a random unidentified man, and made to feel that I had somehow done something wrong. Not to mention when the random man that was following me (a very pregnant woman by myself) finally decided to approach me I actually had to ask him if he was an employee - very professional... He never stated who he was or why he was following me until I came out and asked him. No other "employees", identified as such or not, ever approached me, spoke to me, or let me know of this supposed new rule they had.I was, and am still, so upset by the way I was made to feel that I am currently in contact with sephora to enquire how we can get our money removed from the gift card because i do not want to give them any more of my money at this point. They made what was supposed to be a really fun, positive experience into a complete disaster.Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Wish I could leave zero stars.

Brought my daughter in looking for some skincare. Briana was very helpful, asked great questions and listened to my daughter. Clean, organized and the customer service was exceptional.

Rachelle gave me the best customer service I've ever had at a sephora store ever. She welcomed me & was quick to help! Rachelle was very knowledgable on multiple brands & helped me test the best foundation/concealer options for me. I didn't feel rushed at all despite being close to closing time & her humor was refreshing haha very sweet she deserves a raise. I'd come back just for her!

Arianna is the sweetest and most helpful associate. she helped me and my cousin find a good face tint for dry skin and also gave a good recommendation on humidifiers. so glad we came here

Went back to see if more selections...and definitely an improvement over my first visit. Shelves were well stocked. Had some nice Christmas collection bargains available too!

I was very impressed by Bri's customer service. She was the only Sephora employee and handled the floor very gracefully. She didn't rush or look frustrated when a customers had a ton of questions and other customers waiting. I really appreciate that about her. She also matched me with the perfect foundation and gave great recommendations for skin care. I hope she'll get recognize for being amazing at her job!

I usually come here to pick up some quick items when i don't have time to go to SCP Sephora. They have pretty much everything here. However, one incident happened and i'm sure the girl that was working there had no idea (since she seemed new) so i don't blame her. I wanted to return my Dior highlighter and Anastasia bronzer which I got in the Bay area less than a week ago. When asked her to return she said "unfortunately we can't do returns for high end products here" so i said oh no worries, let me return the Anastasia bronzer, she continued to say they can't do any returns if I got stuff at a different Sephora. So I asked her where can I do this return at, she said you have to go back to the Bay area and or Pacifica (which is 3 hours away). She then continued to say since most Sephora don't carry high end products so its hard to do return, all of a sudden I remembered SCP have DIOR, YSL, GUCCI, & etc. When i was about to leave she then said, oh we are Sephora which is part of Kohl's so return policy is different, she should've just said in the beginning "we only do returns which was made from Sephora Kohls" that would of made A LOT of sense. So to those who need to return some items, Go to the real Sephora stores!
