This was the worst customer experience I have ever had, and would highly recommend anyone who is considering using this repair shop for any of their automotive needs to pick literally any other company. I unfortunately chose this repair shop because it was the nearest approved vendor on my insurance list. I needed a front windshield replacement and a dent/scratch the size of a penny fixed on my hood.The entire process took over a month to complete, and even upon completion was done incorrectly. A day after picking up my vehicle from Service King/Crash Champions, I open my door and find that the new windshield wasn't installed correctly, causing my car to flood from the rain. After taking the car back to the shop, I basically had to demand that they fix it immediately after the technician stated they would need to keep it over the weekend cause the window guy wasnt "available". Turns out he was, which showed yet another failure in customer service and accountability.When I requested my deductible back ( they can keep everything the insurance paid even though they didnt deserve it ), the manager claimed he wasnt able to do that. Instead he offered to wash my car... a week after they flooded it.Absolutely HORRIBLE service from top to bottom. They only got 1 star from me because it wont allow me to give 0Services: Painting

From top to bottom, this repair shop is awful. It took them over a month to finish with a front windshield replacement ( something that other more reputable repair shops can complete with 1-2 days ), and repair of a dent/scratch the size of a quarter on my vehicles hood. I have a 2020 Ford Explorer, so not an uncommon or specialty vehicle. Their customer service and lack of updates and/or calling me back was absolutely horrendous. I'd call to request an update, and they would state they would call me back within a couple of hours only for me to have to call them back a day or two later. The icing of the cake though was when my vehicle was finally repaired over a month after starting the process, i open my car door the VERY NEXT DAY and my car is completely flooded. They failed to properly seal the windshield and apparently didn't bother to even test the seal before releasing me the car. My car sat over 10 hours with rain pouring into it. The manager called me a WEEK later and offered to wash my car instead of refunding my deductible, after I had already paid for a car wash detail to clean up their screw up. After speaking with the manager, I can now see why the rest of the employees I dealt with were incapable of providing even a basic level of customer service. Zero accountability in all aspects Do yourself a favor and go to literally ANY other repair shop other than this one!

I was very impressed by the customer service at service King. A young lady Carla went above and beyond to be polite and professional while helping me. They did such an amazing job on my car. You cannot tell that there was ever any damage. In addition, they returned my car cleaner than I left it. It looks like they even wax polished it. They finished my car exactly when they estimated it to be done . And most importantly, everything was easy , they even made the rental car process very easy. overall everyone who works there are well versed , professional and experienced in their jobs. They do not answer their phones!!! Is anyone there???? Hold time 20 minutes before I hung up. If they can't answer a phone how can they repair my car?

I own a 2004 Honda Civic. I have owned 3 Honda Civics and have always bought them and serviced them with Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. I have never had a reason to distrust them until the pandemic created havoc for the auto industry. I brought my 2004 Civic in for a routine service and they refused to service it. So, I discovered through a friend, about Autowave. She said before you get rid of your car, get a second opinion. Mike and Shane at Autowave we’re incredibly honest about the condition of my car. I still have it to this day. So grateful to have discovered these incredibly trustworthy honorable men!Services: Painting

When I took my car to Service King yesterday to drop it off as part of an insurance claim, they addressed some questions and concerns that I had regarding my perception of the damage to my vehicle. I then realized just how minor the damage was related to the claim and decided that it made no sense to proceed with a formal assessment and repair. They even used some rubbing compound to remove the minor surface damage and suggested that I might want to completely finish it with some color-coordinated nail polish. That's quite a departure from the "up-selling" that I have experienced with other service providers and retailers. Furthermore, when I mentioned that I had some paint damage on my other car and would like to take it to them, they went one better! Although they could certainly handle the work very professionally, when I mentioned that I planned to sell the car in the not-too-distant future, they suggested that I take it to an automobile paint shop instead. The result would probably look good for a year or two and I would save a good bit of money. Amazing!I was incredibly impressed with the time and attention that Service King provided me and would highly recommend them to anyone in their service area who might have need of a facility with their expertise.

Waited 40 minutes ringing bell. Noone but a dog bark.. I wasnt heard when speaking. And cut off mid sentence for nothing but I'll call you later for details... I'm here now man! What ever. Not this place. I've been to other service kings with a good experience. Again, not this place..poop kings maybe

Diego was super helpful. He spent time with me telling how the car will be repaired, what happen to my Honda and what parts need to be replaced. Very informative about auto insurance. It was a very late Friday afternoon and he didn't look at the clock once. Give that man a raise!

2013 GMC truck, Rear end collision. Richard?, accepted vehicle. Inspected damage, determined needed to be sent to Laguna Beach SHop. Truck sent there by truck from HB shop to Laguna Shop. Manny, Maribel and a few others, were in contact with regarding what was needed for the truck to be repaired, Estimated time was 2-3 weeks.Truck turn around time was about 15 days. excellent work done, Truck looks almost brand new. Laguna Beach transported Truck back to HB shop for pickup. They even scheduled for me to pick up early Saturday morning. Reasonably painless event after a rather painful event of the traffic accident.Thanks Service King.

Service King has an advertisement Making it seem as if they care about veterans. But from what they are actually offering how are you can tell they are just doing it for tax benefit NOT to help the community NOT to help veterans.573,000 unemployed veterans - and they are looking to hire CURRENTLY serving veteran and their spouses. Meaning: they are not trying to help the 573,000 that they just said are unemployed!! ..But they make it seem like they do..I almost had my car repaired here. Until I saw that shenanigan. I went to Gustafson Brothers instead.
