It's a good store for bulk shopping. The produce doesn't last long, so I don't buy it here unless I use it within 3 days. The prices are decent and the employees are always nice.

Service help by David who works the 8-4 am shift today 12-19-2023 was exceptional. Helped us find what we needed and when he wasn't sure of one item he went and found help from someone. He went above and beyond. He seen we needed help, acknowledged us and helped us. Other employees didn't even know we walked by them.

Bought some salmon and when we cooked it the salmon was rotten. Took it back to the store and the manager Ricardo Zafra wouldn't replace it. We had the wrapper and sticker on it. Probably couldn't replace it because their meat department is almost empty because of the warehouse strike. This company has no customer service. When I filed a complaint with them about this they said their District manager would be calling us. Never did. This place is a joke. They do no rain checks when they sell things they don't have, sell rotten meat and no refunds. Stay far away from this place.

They charge $2.50 for cash out Also was charged $1.20 tax for a $2.50 bottled water. I have no intention of ever setting foot here.

Ha ds down our family favorite. This location, off Edinger, is always clean, has great customer service, is usually in stock with what we need, and is not very busy.
