I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Will(Asst Manager). I was a little bit stuck while filling out the forms online and within minutes, Will gave me a call and guided me through.
He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to each of my questions which made me confident, I had chosen the right Self storage company.
When I finished the online process and showed up on property he was there to greet me. Thank you, SmartStop And Thank you, Will.

Used the new online setup process and it was seamless. When I arrived, Leo helped me to locate my unit and get acclimated to the property. Very helpful and very affordable.

In person, Hailey was fantastic, and over the phone, everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY patient with me. Their rates are better than anyone else in the area, and their facility is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The other people renting storage units seem to be friendly and nice, too.

The property manager was very helpful in mking sure the space would fit my needs. Walked me around the property and discussed security. i felt very comfortable with selecting the storage facility.
