These people are snobby and not very nice and they made my wife tear up because they were rude to her.

The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, on the second floor there is a terrace that is perfect for spending the afternoon apart from the fact that it has games, my daughters enjoyed it and the breakfast was perfect I definitely recommend it 10/10

The location was great but the room was disappointing and dirty. We also ran out of toilet paper! When we arrived one of the roles was empty and the second was half full. Not enough to cover 3 guests. I found the staff judgmental and not friendly at all. We weren’t received with the same friendly demeanor and enthusiasm as the white clients before us. They were offered water and the amenities explained in great detail. We were just provided an extensive check in. Where our ID and cards were looked at in great detail. Then we were just handed our room key and the direction to our room. Sad, I have a trip planned in November and now need to find another hotel.

This 3star hotel in my opinion offers 5star accommodations and service for the price in the area. The only downside for me was no pool, but the 2nd floor deck patio was really cool. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and the room was quite large with extremely clean carpets and linen.
Rooms: Very chique and modern for the price point per night.
Walkability: Lots of food options and shopping nearby, not super far to beach.

We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay and will not be returning. Our group booked six rooms, and the level of unprofessionalism from the staff was UNACCEPTABLE. Upon check-in, they treated us as though we were at a border control, demanding physical IDs from each guest, despite the reservation being made under one person’s name and paid for using a single credit card through booking.com.
Shockingly, the staff couldn’t even access their own booking.com account to verify our reservation details. This caused a long delay, and some of our guests could not check in early as planned. It was only resolved on the phone. When we finally arrived at 11 p.m. to check in the remaining rooms, the same thing happened again. They further complicated the process by insisting on individual IDs for everyone. Although my credit card was initially accepted, I was later called and asked to provide a physical copy again—raising unnecessary frustration.
This lack of professionalism and disregard for efficient customer service left us extremely disappointed. We will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel.

The pros:
-free breakfast had a decent selection: eggs, oatmeal, cereal, bacon, etc
-close to the highway
Cons:
The room with the king bed has the bathroom directly across from the bed with a frosted door. If you use the bathroom and turn on the light, it lights up the whole room and disrupts light sleepers
-front desk working wasn’t familiar with the area and struggles to give suggestions

Our party recently stayed here and it's a fantastic place. Centrally located, there are many eating and entertainment opportunities.
The front desk staff we're always on top of everything that we needed. Breakfast always exceded our expectations.Rooms were really nice and clean. Eating establishments are only a short walk. This was a enjoyable experience and if your into some games with the friends, inquire about the second floor deck game space.
Rooms: CLEAN ROOMS! These rooms were some of the cleanest I've ever seen. Bathrooms were always well stocked and clean. There wasn't any mineral build up on the shower either which shows a fair emphasis on cleanliness. The caulking and grout were equally clean. The soap/conditioner/body wash were full. The sheets were clean, sofa was clean too...
Nearby activities: The beach is basically right down the street. Many craft vendors and car shows. Restaurants are close by.
Walkability: Sidewalks are easy to access as are the intersection walkways.
Food and drinks: The hotel offers a great selection of refreshment and other beverages. The breakfast is close to impossible to beat and the ladies fixing breakfast are some of the nicest people I've ever met.

Our room (facing west) was quiet. Extremely austere design but many people won't mind that.
The ChargePoint EV chargers are only 6.3kW, but all were working. But they might get occupied if you arrive late, and not every driver is considerate enough to move their car when they're done.
Breakfast was the conventional waffles, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereal layout.
Front desk staff was great. One of the breakfast staff was having a bad day, though.
Rooms: Comfortable, quiet, good sofa/trundle bed, desk, bed and bathroom were fine.
Noteworthy details: Having four ChargePoint EV chargers (technically, EVSEs) is very helpful.

Worst hotel experience ever. I am visiting California from Spain and this morning I was travelling from Northern California with my wife and 3 kids. I called the Springhill Suites Huntigton Beach hotel to let them know that I would be arriving in the evening. My surprise was that the operator at the hotel told me at that moment that the hotel had "oversold" their rooms and that I had no room at the hotel. In addition they did not offer any solution other than "call your agency" literally leaving me and my family with no place to sleep. I had never experienced an overbooking at a hotel and my agency stated that the hotel, which had been booked 2 weeks before, had confirmed them my 2 rooms. In summary, an unacceptable behaviour from the hotel: 1) Overselling their rooms (this is an unacceptable practice by itself), 2) Not informing the client of such oversale (the operator informed me once I called the hotel that very same check-in day. I wonder what would have happened if I had not called) 3) Not assuming any responsibility (call your agency was their only answer), 4) Leaving a family with 3 children without a place to sleep (shouldn't there be any priority for families with children in this type of cases?).
In summary, the worse hotel experience ever, which has damaged the image that I had of this country.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotels were clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly. We actually left our first hotel one day early to come to this one and I am so glad we did. We just wish we would have known about this place sooner. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Huntington.
