My experience today is why I no longer go to Staples unless absolutely necessary. I stood I line patiently as the sole employee in the printing department helped a woman with a UPS shipment. After 15 minutes it was my turn. I needed 16 copies of two stars sized pieces on card stock, and told it would be $13 and ready for pickup at 8 p.m. later that evening - however, I could get it in an hour for $4 more. What a racket!!

I have been a customer for several decades. I purchase all of my computer needs here. The prices are good, and Tech Services has saved my life several times, especially at the start of COVID-19 when my computer tanked and I teach online classes. A few hours later, I had a new system and was back at work.

This is a review for the TSA precheck inside this Staples location. I made the appointment and filled out the information on line. The TSA office is in the back and I was served on my appointment time. No line and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Very fast and efficient. I received my approved number in about 5 days.

It's so bad customer service here is not good ....BAD BAD, whenever you need them to show you how to be ... I have to beg them and wait forever...to be ...really RUDELY, the manager is nice but the employees should go back to learn how to be ...but I don't get no choices because it's near me so have to ... but today I just found COPY 4 LESS so might be say goodbye STAPLE!

I really miss the Staples that was located at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. When the printer is out of ink and you need replacement cartridges in a hurry, you can not wait for an online purchase and delivery. I'm bringing the spent old cartridges that have accumulated over time with me. I do this also to make sure that I buy the right cartridge for my printer. Fortunately for me, finding this Stapes was a blessing. It is out of my way for sure, and it rained pretty hard as I drove the extra miles to find it. It is open and not too busy. I see that the ink cartridges are on the side wall to the left. Oh, no, only two security clear plastic boxes left and yikes each is $78.99/set for the combo colors I need. I had hoped they had individual color cartridges that I could buy. Well, this combination set of Black, Magenta, Cyan, and Yellow will get me going. My phone number is still good for any kind of rewards and recycling of the spent cartridges. Payment was easy. I'm glad that Staples accepts all common credit cards.
