Online says they close at 7pm. Call for an appointment for 6 and they tell you they decided to close at 6. What's up with these places closing whenever they feel and not abiding by the posted hours?

My granddaughter and I came to get our hair blow dryed and straightened. when it came time to my hair straightened the shop only had 1 flat iron. I had to sit and wait for the flat iron to be given to my stylist. Poor Management. They should assure stylists have all necessary tools to do hair.

I was visiting from out of town and just wanted a quick trim. I would not visit again. They were not friendly and the poor girl who cut my hair must of been training because some person kept hovering over her and it made the whole experience very uncomfortable.

Great haircut, friendly service, and good products for sale. Price is a little higher than most barber shops, but I would rather pay a little more and not have to wait for an hour or more just to get a haircut.

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment, and they were still taking walk-in’s before me. Stylist are also amateurs, and management does not know how to handle situations and take care of clients. Hands down the worse place I have ever been. I highly recommend going to SportsClips instead!
