ALWAYS GREAT Customer Service! This is my 4th visit to this T-Mobile location in the past 12 months. Austin (assistant manager) was awesome! He was super helpful in helping me fix issue with my phone. Austin was friendly and happy! He even suggested ways to help reduced my monthly cost. This store is managed by a bunch of liars. They just want to trick you to believe you're getting a good deal but really you're just getting screwed over. Don't trust these managers, SEAN & AUSTIN. They're deceitful and don't follow through with their promises.

Such a great customer experience from Alba! Switched providers and the process was so seamless. Alba was friendly, knowledgeable about network current events, explained everything well, provided all the information you need to know. Spent only 25 minutes to get everything done. Just wonderful! Alba made all the difference! Thank you.

I recently switched from ATT to t mobile so I've had to come to this t mobile store 3 or 4 times to get things sorted out and each time every employee has been very helpful with any issue I've had. With ATT and other providers it seems that if u have an issue, especially with payment, there seems to always be "not much they can do" to help. For example today I got my 1st bill and it was much higher than I expected it to be. The assistant manager Austin had no problem adjusting the bill for me by simply adding a courtesy discount to my bill so that I could be relieved and satisfied with my service. It was quick and easy. No being at the phone store for 2-3 hours like I've experienced in the past with ATT.

Alex Jean!!! You're so awesome. I got an upgraded IPhone and he made the transfer so smooth and easy. Plus he is so friendly and not too pushy on sales. He loves to chat, which makes the experience fun and lively. Thanks again. I just might go back for an Apple Watch.

I'm giving this T-Mobile store one star because I have to but they don't deserve it. I went to add a line that was supposed to be free, spoke to Nathan, very nice guy, told me the line wasn't free but then the manager Sean came over and told me don't worry, the line will be free. We trusted him and three months later I'm still getting charged for that line, despite him telling me he was going to "fix the issue." I went to the store three times and Assistant Manager Austin also promised to fix my problem but he also hasn't done anything helpful. This store is managed by a bunch of liars. They just want to trick you to believe you're getting a good deal but really you're just getting screwed over. Don't trust these managers, SEAN & AUSTIN. They're deceitful and don't follow through with their promises.

Worst TMobile store in HB. The staff is horrible very rude. I went to trade in my phone for the new one and they refused to take it. They inspected my phone before and offer me a trade in value but after my new phone arrive refused to honor their trade in value. I didn't want to argue with them so I went to the one on brookhust. They accepted my phone with no issues. This store needs to train the staff.

Austin was not transparent about the prices, and he kept pathologically lying and changing the price of the same supposed free phone. Plus, I asked, "how many megapixels these three different Samsung's have?" However, he kept saying slightly better. But never providing the number of megapixels per device.

I came in to get a new phone which can be a lengthy process but thankfully Alex J. helped me out with my purchase. Not only was he great & knowledgeable about the device ..... his customer service was amazing! Alex was super fun and made the process seamless. If you're ever looking to go into this location ask for him , he's very personable and kind ! Thank you for all your help Alex , you ROCK!!!!!

First of all the teamwork and the dedication to all the customers that come in is extraordinary. My phone had a situation where it was not gonna be able to be repaired and Alex was kind enough to help my husband & I out. he listened to our situation, looked at what he had in stock and jumped into action to help make the process a smooth and easy one. And I know it was difficult because we couldn't get there till after 7 PM. He was friendly and exceeded our customer service expectations. Every single customer they came in, was greeted and taken care of when I looked around the room. We were at ease & knew we were in good hands w/ his expertise. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company. In our hour of need, he went above & beyond to help us. We were so grateful. Not knowing Apple has its own strange way of doing things we had to go back the next day, and I spoke to Alba & Jose on the phone. Though Alex was off that they picked up right where he left off and took care of me on the phone & told us to come in. Even though it was extremely busier the next night Al came in and was so thorough to help us because there was no way I could text my husband because we share the same Apple ID. was double checked & we were good to go. However, I missed one little portion of what is called Threads from the Apple text messaging area. Alba said to come on back and she would take care of it. In the amazing T-Mobile, teamwork way, you guys took care of us immediately, Janine the boss at the time listen, look through my concerns & fixed it immediately. we learned a lot about Apple, but most of all we were so grateful to each and every customer service agent that was able to take care of us between the 2 days. My prior phone had a bulging battery & I knew after doing research it would best be handled directly by T-Mobile. they're honest and extremely helpful. Above all their friendly and efficient. Everyone is being helped. They greeted as soon as they enter the T-Mobile. It is refreshing to see a company like yours takes so much care and concern w/ each & every customer. we will always be grateful that we went to this location most of all. We are so happy that we were helped by all these amazing individuals that represent T-Mobile. I highly recommend this location. All T-Mobile's are amazing but we prefer this one. And we have told our friends & family to just come here. You always hire the best of the best. Thank you all again.

They refuced to honor my phone as trade in. All off this after they inspected and offered me a $400 trade in value just a few of days before. They just waited till I got my new phone and when I went to turn in my old phone, they refuced and told me that I needed to pay the full price of the new phone or pay for restocking fee. I didn't believe what other customers reviewed said but it is true. I went to another T-Mobile store and they took my phone. No questions asked.

Completely unacceptable. Inquired about setting up a business account 4 years ago. Today I received a bill set up with my last name and business address. Fraudulent behavior that really should be addressed at the corporate level. Waste of everybody's time.
