Wonderful experience! Got my eyebrow pierced here, literally a few hours ago. Piercer and her assistant are awesome people. (Sorry I didn't get names!) Loved talking to both of them! Piercer was so quick and efficient, it barely hurt. However, I do HIGHLY suggest the numbing spray. It's definitely worth it! Makes an already easy process even easier. Everyone here was very friendly; very good service!

Had to come in for a larger bar for a tongue piercing that got a wee bit botched. I don’t remember the name of the piercer that saved my life but big thank you to her! Saving my tongue from swallowing up a short af bar/ball. Wish I had just gotten it done here. Great selection for jewelry!

Came here with some my wifey and good friend to get our ears pierced! Lucy was so friendly, knowledgeable, and such a calming energy, we had a great experience! Also, tons of jewelry with a wide range of prices. Would highly recommend and plan on returning ????

Originally over the phone we were told that a Monroe piercing would be about $50, then my girlfriend arrives and was told $60 ($25 for the piercing and $35 for the jewelry) because the jewelry was a little more, which is no problem. The issue is that she was charged $80 without giving the option to add a tip. So we’re under the impression that the piercer decided to be a little generous for themselves and give themselves OVER 20% tip. I’m in the service industry and I understand tipping which she would’ve gotten a tip if the option was presented, but it wasn’t. She took it upon herself to add her own tip. I would definitely pay attention to what y’all are being told the price is and what y’all are actually paying.
If you’re good at your job, you get the money that’s coming to you. Don’t scam people.

Really great service. Lucy was able to show me several options with jewelry (they have a lot of options) and I ended up also getting another piercing! Great technique and they provide all aftercare instructions. Staff was also very professional with one another.

This shop has lots of options and everyone is really nice! I came in to get my belly button pierced and the piercer ended up piercing me with jewelry that was way too short for a new piercing. The piercing was constantly burning and hurt to an extreme anytime I would sit or stand or do anything. It was absolutely awful. I have experience with piercings and I knew something was not right. I went to two other shops to get second opinions as well the surgeons I work for. All agreed it was not done anatomically correctly first off for my belly button and also that the jewelry is much too short for a new piercing. As soon as I went to another shop and to change the jewelry I felt instant relief. Only putting 2 stars because the workers were nice and the shop was clean etc but the piercer should have known better. Really disappointed!

I took my five-year-old daughter here to get her ears pierced. We had such a great experience. Lucy was our piercer and I couldn't have asked for a better piercer. She explained everything she was doing as she did it with my daughter. This really helped her understand what was happening and made it less scary for her. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Tommy Cheese's and highly recommend Lucy as your piercer I have a feeling will be back soon.

i went to get a septum piercing and had let the piercer know beforehand i had a septoplasty surgery and she said it wasn't a problem. she ended up piercing my cartilage which is not supposed to be done. it was severely hurting and after getting a second opinion from another piercer i had to get it removed. if i wasn't able to get the piercing she should have just told me that instead of me wasting my time and money. never
