09/02/2022. 2.5 hours before closing, they don't have time for a new member. Business must be booming for them. Good to now before getting involved...there's many other offerings to consider. On a side note, odd branch design layout and inconvenient parking, pass on this experience.

Used to love this Credit Union. Lost my faith since no longer open Saturdays and close early on weekdays before anyone is off of work! Same as Peet’s Coffee and other establishments that never went back to normal hours. You all lose my business! It’s ridiculous to think you can command our business around your few open hours. There are plenty of other businesses that are open longer hours. Next...

I wish I could give it a zero star just went to pay off by 2021 gladiator the reason why we're paying it off is because we've had nothing but problems from this financial institution and we've only had them for six months they are a worthless most inapt piece of s*** institution I can imagine I financed many many many cars This is the worst financier let me tell you this is what happened we got a payoff check we asked them for a payoff interest amount they gave it to us were standing in front of the teller he tells us a payoff amount which was not the problem the check was for $140 more which we figure would be a credit so he's punching in all the data to transfer the check to unify and before they finish and press send the manager says call these people to make sure that they can see it in their computer the pay off when we do this the lady on the other end unify tells us no that's not the amount at all we owe $25 more on top of the 140 or $50 more we paid Unfuck in believable I almost hit The Roof if she had been standing in front of me I would've reached out and touched somebody that day don't ever use unify for anything we're going to Lithia the car dealership and we're going to tell them what happened to us so they never finance anybody through this piece of s*** institution sign James Roger Snell

It's a decent bank but just came by at 4:25 on a Tuesday and they were closed, on the door and online it says they close at 5 so they should probably change that considering it's kind of misleading and inconvenient for someone to come here just for them to be closed 35 minutes before they say their closed? and nothing on the door or online stated they'd be closed early at all especially for a random Tuesday. Kinda sucks.

Longtime banking with unify and love my bank don't get me wrong but the new manager or whoever the bigger Latina girl is isn't very customer service based. To keep it short I hate going in here now. Always rubs me off the wrong way everytime I go in.

Online search once in your account is not available which is really frustrating. If you want to update your privacy information you simply cannot!! If you call their number they say if you stay on you will be able to speak to someone, you cannot they hang up on you! This is one of the worst online experiences I have seen to date! I would not recommend them to anyone.

Manager never there or at the front to help customers, always hiding in the office. Tellers are rude except Jocelyn and the white teller. Horrible place to leave your money there.

It's been week and the funds are still not available. Called Unify corporate and got no help. Unify can't see if the check cleared (what?) Called Ameriprise to see if the check cleared, yes it cleared the next day. It seems if the check cleared they would make the funds available. This may be legal but is not great customer service, you be the judge.

Customer Service has really gone down the drain with this place as of late. Lack of empathy, professionalism and acknowledgement of existence makes it difficult to bank here. I've been considering moving my money to a different credit union. Do your homework before doing business here.
