They sent my package to the wrong place and refused to correct their mistake and asked I pay again. Manager said she would call back but didn't. Won't be trusting or them again for future needs.

It’s 8:42am. Store hours are supposedly 8:30 AM Monday through Friday, there are multiple people waiting outside of the store and the store has yet to even open. Multiple people have already left and people are expressing their frustrations as it is Christmas season and this is extremely unprofessional.

I needed to print flyers for an event, and they offer the cheapest price. Staples and Fedex charge way too much! Jacob was the only employee on the clock and was very helpful.

Someone else posted that Amazon is not receiving the returns from this location and I have had the same experience. Amazon no longer gives Kohl's as a choice, but I am sure this company got paid for this contract. I am filing a complaint with Amazon.

They charged me to print a UPS label.... Isn't this a UPS Store? This is the worst.... Seriously!?!?!... I really hope UPS Corporate evaluates their relationship with this franchise!!!!

This is the slowest Ups store I’ve ever been into. While the waiting customer line is almost going around the block, these guys were just staring at the monitors motionlessly for 10 minutes without saying a word. Kept canceling transact and redoing everything for each customer the whole time I was there

The contents of my shipped package was broken and then returned back to me. That's okay, it happens. The cost to ship this item was $213, not cheep. When asked to pay to reship the item once again I asked to talk with a manager to see if there was discount or something they could do since the original package was broken. Let me add that when the broken item was returned I understood how/why it was broken. Not packaged properly to say the least. Here's where things got crazy. I attempted to give my opinion on why the box was packaged improperly, the owner of this location (Paul) became irate. Shouting and using profanity with multiple customers in the store. At one point he even tossed the box with the broken contents onto the floor shouting at me to leave the store. Craziest thing I've ever seen.There is another UPS store located on Atlanta, next to the Vons, Is recommend using that one instead. Cheers,

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. They are not affiliated with UPS and if there are any problems with your package, forget customer service, they will become an OBSTACLE to resolving the issue. I was shipped a very expensive custom built PC from this location, paid hundreds to insure it, and since it was destroyed in transit, they have refused to work with the guy that built my PC to resolve the claim that UPS has told us directly that they will pay out if this store would only respond to them. My guy has tried so many times to talk to them and work with them on this issue but they are actively refusing. It's been two full months of begging them to help us with still no resolution. If you care about your package at all, don't send it from here. I will happily edit this review if or when they finally come through for me so if you see this, then know THEY HAVE NOT.

I have been using this place to complete Amazon returns and I have just noticed that many of my drop offs are not getting completed. I have receipts and just reached out to customer service. I currently have not been refunded by Amazon due to INCOMPLETE RETURNS. I am not sure what is going on....

I had an issue with a package I dropped off to be sent out, 3 days later, when it shows that no label is even been created, I went to the storeand they told me to go back to the vendor to deal with the problem. They had no idea where the package was or if and when it would be delivered
