I have used this UPS store for many years. Have no problem whatsoever with over a thousand of shipments over the years. The staffs are professional. They are not over-the-top friendly like as some unrealistic customers might have expected, but they are friendly enough and efficient. This is why they have my repeat business. I have experienced way worse service in other near by mail centers. This is the best UPS store in northern Huntington Beach. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this store for years and always receive the best care. Recently sent a small package that did not make it to the destination. The manager was very helpful with the claims process and even followed up for me. If you need a great place to take care of you this holiday season I highly recommend this location!

I was refused ❌ to help when picking-up package without a physical ID. I have my E-Driver license, Insurance card in Apple Wallet, passport copy in the phone. But I got refused by saying: these can be fake photos🙂, we only recognize physical ID.
After I brought ID back from home, UPS started to ask my tracking number and I was told: your package is not here, come here tomorrow😳!!!
They asked me to go home and come tomorrow after I finally brought my ID🤣
I showed that the email clear said my package has been delivered 📦 and I have to picked up by a certain time.
After I keep providing tracking number couple of times and telling my online shopping username was different than my ID. my package was finally found. And I had to showing my online account to verify it was me.
So, not quite understand why from beginning I got kicked home just because has no physical ID. And why try to kick me home again after I have brought my ID? And trying to deceive the package is not arrived?
Especially I just had a big surgery, it took me so much energy just to get this pick-up done.
I understand sometime working can be frustrating, it will be more professional if the attitude could be more helpful and kind.

This store is starting to go down hill. Customer Service is not very good anymore. They lie to you about storms causing a delay in shipping, then say it's because it's not guaranteed when caught in a lie. Then they just hang up on you. I'll be driving further to another location or using FedEx for now on.
A response to your response. I was trying to explain that I was thinking of doing a 3 day select when I shipped the package and i decided against it because one business day was not that big of a deal, and at that time nothing was mentioned to me about garurentees. I tried to explain this to the person over the phone today and it was met with have a nice day followed by a hang up. That is not the kind of customer service I expect from any business.

Letter of praise: I am a UPS customer. The date of my mail package was delivered by the UPS deliveryman at 4:/11, but I did not receive the package. I went to the UPS delivery point on 4:/13 to look for my express package. At that time, I was received by staff named Saffa Nahi and Charles. They received and helped me to patiently search for clues on the computer, which took a lot of time. Although I did not find my package that day, I am deeply grateful and grateful for their enthusiasm and patient service. I would like to thank them again for their enthusiastic service here ?, and hope that with their efforts, they can help me find the lost package as soon as possible!!
