DOUBLE CHECK THESE GUYS' WORK! I shipped 2 guitars through this store. 1st one got there no problem. The 2nd one went to the wrong city completely.
The kid working the counter that day seemed annoyed that I had a large package to ship with them. God forbid. I told them the guitar was going to Tennessee, but didn't say which city. I sent the shipping label through their in store email.
I decided to trust them and get out of there, since they seemed very annoyed with me being there. So I didn't confirm the city.
2 weeks goes by, buyer never got the guitar. Traced the tracking number, and it was delivered alright! To Memphis Tennessee instead of NASHVILLE Tennessee. I had to issue a refund to the buyer.
Started working on a claim, but the UPS claim system is a complete mess. I've tried 3 times over about 6 months before I had to call it quits. Their claims process I swear is designed to delay past the time limit in which you can file a claim. Their claims department tried to close out my claim because I didn't respond to an email within 24 hours on a Sunday for example.
Between getting covid, planning a wedding, the UPS claim system, and working a full time job at the post office, I had to move on from pursuing my claim.
Prevention is the best approach to a lot of things. So all I can say is if you choose to ship here, double check with the people at the counter that they have the right city. I'm sure they will respond to this with their phone and email and what not, and tell me to take it up with claims. But obviously I had already been there and done that, and I doubt they can make me whole for the $700 I lost due to them using the wrong shipping label. I will never return to this store. And I may avoid UPS altogether in the future.
IF you come across a guy with glasses and long hair, HE'S great! I believe his name was Andrew. I'm not going to describe the person who messed up just in hopes that they see this and pay more attention next time instead of facing retribution from their bosses.
So, at any rate, DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK!

Generally very good customer service when not busy. Waiting Line can get long if not enough help @ the register.

I’ve had a mailbox here for a few years. Always a super friendly staff, greets me by name when I walk in. Andrew and Adrienne are awesome.

I have been with this UPS store for 3 years now and they always provide the best service. Everyone is well trained, efficient, & I am always treated well. If you have shipping needs or post office box needs, I highly recommend them. I have also noticed they have new photographic quality color printer machines for making posters and signs. I haven’t tried it yet but I have seen others results and it’s very impressive.
