This location has gone down hill. The last few times we have gone I had to leave. They always only have one worker helping customers. So takes forever. Then their internet was down and couldn’t help customers, this last time I went they took away the prepaid package drop off. With only on worker helping customers there was a line of like 20 people. I’ll never go back there. Avoid this location!

They need to be shut down. Inadequate supplies. Dirty.
Lakisha, the customer service agent is so very rude and unhelpful. Refuses to provide information. When we try to call, no one picks up at this location. We can do without this post office. They are wasting tax payers money.

Very helpful but have no stamps which is a big inconvenience. Staff is great and helpful and will save you money with best option suggestions.

They required me to pick up my package from their location, and when I arrived to pick it up, the place was extremely crowded and busy due to the Christmas rush. One of the two agents on duty spent some time searching for it but couldn’t locate it. She then told me to wait for a call once they found it. I requested a report as proof for my client, but this led to arguments and accusations from both the agents and people in line, blaming me for wasting their time. The second agent then mentioned that the staff responsible for locating packages wasn’t even present. As a taxpayer, this was a frustrating experience, and I felt I deserved to be treated with more respect.

Avoid this post office if you’re planning to ship a rifle. They refused services to me although I explained I wanted to ship a rifle and not a concealed weapon. I also pointed out that according to their website, it’s allowed (policy 12.2) but they would not listen and said only a licensed personnel can. I went to another PO close by and they accepted it with no issues.

Probably one of the worst customer service by Janice Shapero. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating that my packaged was stolen or lost. Not sure how a box completely disappears. Not once did Janice apologize for the inconvenience, the loss of money or time. On the contrary, she insinuated that my neighbor stolen my package. Horrible service. Janice cut me off on the phone & proceeded to put me on hold and left my call on hold.

I witnessed the manager of this location treat a disabled gentleman horrifically the other day talking down on him loudly in front of myself and approx 15 other witness ,the gentleman asked to track a package and misspoke calling them a "teller" this so called postal manager lost his cool and yelled at the customer stealing the customers property from his hands ,after the customer repeatedly demanded it back the manager says no im keeping it leave or i call the police .I was dumbfounded ,i will never ask to track a package here this is unacceptable behavior from a so called government worker i will never return this employee in insane and was in a rampage for no apparent reason . side note do not call them a teller lord knows what will happen to you
