Haven't been on skateboard for 2 decades (I suck) so this is not about the park but the people that work there. Stopped by Old World next door to pick up some food only to come out and find my truck sitting on the rim on one corner. Had a plug kit but no way to fill it back up. The guys working inside the shop didn't hesitate to say there was a pump at the park entrance and the guy there didn't bat an eye. Wasn't fun filling a 35 inch tire but it got me to the gas station. Thanks for the help and being open on the holiday.

Came with my two kids who are 4 & 6. My four year old rips but unfortunately you have to be 6 yrs old to even enter the skate park. Open to the public is kinda misleading. Driving home with crying kids is no fun. Thank god for Volcom Skatepark

The amount of people crying about a free park is hillarious. It's a privately owned park who's generous enough to have it free to the public. They can make their own rules. Wearing a helmet isn't even an unreasonable rule. I don't usually wear a helmet but it's worth it to be able to use this facility.Btw the helmet rule wasn't always there until some Karen got hurt and sued Vans so y'all can thank her for that.

Beautiful park, not for beginners but you can easily find little spots, away from the pros working on their lines, to practice and not be in the way.

I visited the vans store in Northridge, I was searching for a particular shoe. This associate named Michelle informed me that the shoe wasn't in stock at her store but she would be willing to search other stores for me. She called 3 stores for me and finally we found the shoe at another store. She has the best customer service. I had to show my gratitude by writing this review.

Had an amazing time at the vans skate park, it’s amazing for all ages and had literally everything you’d need for tricks. This is a great community of people who want to give kids the chance to express themselves with skating. Plenty of places to sit in the shade with plenty of benches as well plus at the from of the park there is a vans store and burger place to have some really good food !

Thank you for helping build my kiddos confidence up (the kid in the brown shirt) and for keeping an eye on him (my son who is 7 yes old & 1st time at this park) for what could have been an intimidating experience - went quite the opposite, all credited to him.

Amazing park but a few tips for parents bringing kids- Helmet, elbow and knee pads required. Waivers take time to fill out Parents must have a helmet if they are in the park, even as a spectator. WEDNESDAYS are for BMX only!!! Skaters are resigned to one large bowl. NO scooters allowed

This is a very big skatepark. Be sure to go early or in the afternoon when sun is out less crowd for sure. The staff was nice and informative. Also get there before your session to fill out the waiver. Only complaint is that they have such a tiny place for parking where you might have to wait a little.
