Authorized retailer, not a real Verizon store. They can't access everything in store. If you want a new phone, they can probably do that but this isn't customer service I was told to call Verizon and give the phone to the person to talk to them for me.

Thought I needed a new phone since it wasn't charging. Went to the Verizon store in Huntington Beach. Adrian the sales representative asked to exam the charger receptacle on phone. I said "OK, but I've tried it with multiple brand new charging blocks and cables without success". He plugged the phone into the charger located at the counter and the phone started charging ! I said "That's not possible!!!" Turns out that the low cost after market wall charge cables apparently do not exert the same about of pressure on the phone charger receptacle contacts as the higher end charging models sold in Verizon stores. Or the amount of gold on contacts is not enough to maintain a good circuit connection with a worn down phone receptacle ( The Samsung phone is over 6 years old. Hey, before you laugh, I'm 68 so give me a break LOL). The in store price for cable and wall charger block cost $39, which was expensive compared to the inexpensive 2 pack that cost $13 with free next day shipping on Amazon. Obviously there is a reason for the price difference: Manufacturing quality. Adrian could have easily not inserted counter charging cable all the way without me knowing and I would have no doubt bought a new phone. Adrianclearly demonstrated his honesty and integrity, which unfortunately is something you don't always experience from salespersons, especially if commissions or sales performance levels are involved. Even more so if the customer is a senior citizen. Adrian made my experience in a Verizon store, the best in over 20 years as a Verizon customer. Great job Adrian!

I had an easy experience switching over to Verizon. Sergio was educated on all the ways to make my plan work best for me. 5/5 stars, I would highly recommend this location.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Drive a few more miles north to the real Verizon store and save the headache. They are just a Verizon dealer, they don't care about your business with Verizon. My husband had walked in 15 minutes before the store closed to pick up his phone and the guy told him he wasn't going to give it to him because they were about to close. He was so rude an unapologetic. I wish we would had gotten his name but we didn't.

These guys are on point. Make your store more visible to the public, get a promotion going out front to attract customers and see about a better variety of phones and accessories. Good job guys.

Amateurs run this store... I scheduled an appointment at this Verizon store. When I arrived there was only one person working. (Day after launch of iPhone 15 - genius.) I asked if there was a check in for appointments. The associate said no. He was taking customers in the order they arrived. So what's the point of wasting my time to set an appointment? All I needed was a copy of my last bill to include with my T-Mobile rebate forms which would have taken less than 5 minutes. I left and drove to the Verizon store at Beach and Heil, also in Huntington Beach. There they had 7 or 8 associates. Within minutes I had a copy of my bill to send along with my T-Mobile rebate forms for about $1,000 to switch over from Verizon. If you want something done at the Verizon store, skip the Beach and Garfield location unless you have a lot of time to waste waiting in line.

I'm new to the Verizon family, but I think I'll be staying for quite a while. I was very pleased with the service that I was given, all my needs were met and my expectations were exceeded. I walked out of the store with a brand new phone and a brand new plan for way under the price that I thought it would be and way under the price that other companies quoted me for. Thank you to the wonderful sales representative that helped me and thank you to Verizon for having great deals for your customers.

Do not go to this Vitra Verizon distributor store!!!!! They will be super proactive and helpful while helping you purchase, but brace yourself for months of ambiguous billing, this and that, even their staff can't explain what the charges on the bill are. I've had countless calls with Verizon to figure it out. It's a scam!!! So many hidden charges. Never accept a free line or whatever they promote, there's always hidden charges. They sold me a package for internet and said oh this comes with a free phone number, I was like oh why? They said just cause, you can use as a land line whatever, NOPE! there are hidden charges in taxes and fees whatever: I'm so so so upset at this scam location. Do not go here!!! Go to a real Verizon or just call Verizon directly. Do not use VITRA!!!!
