The level of anger that this store has caused me and trouble it has caused me over the past month is nothing short of impeccable. We went in to trade in a phone and I was going to open my account online after the fact to get a promotion applied that was online only. The employee not only ensured but insisted that we could open the line and get the promotion applied. Nearly a month and half later and I have officially been told that since the promotion was done in store and what the employee promised me wasn't true I got a credit for part of the promotion. THEN returned to the store after speaking with customer service and spoke with a manager who then paired me back with the same employee who incorrectly opened our account and refused to work with me directly even looking at me across the store while discussing what to do with my case.

No, no, no - a thousand times no. The place was empty, bought a new phone from "Nahvid" but he could care less about helping transfer our info off old phone into new. Also LIED about using Apple cable for new Samsung product. Despite our questions, he offered no information, clarity, or input. Handed us the new phone without a receipt (we hope that he emailed us), new phone brochure, or ANYTHING. He couldn't have cared less. Stopped into Verizon on Beach and Garfield, and lo and behold, George K. Was able to help us with everything. We was super friendly and patient. He seemed to take pride in his job, unlike clown "Nahvid."

Good customer service! I went in to get my daughter an I phone 15 for Christmas! Place was crowded but did not have to wait long. Everything was explained and I left satisfied!

I don't think Verizon really listens. If they did, they would reach out to me and do what you say, which is get my proper feedback to better future customer service. I still have an issue with Verizon double charging me.

Carlos was the MOST helpful, kind and caring guy helping us out today. He fixed my phone, educated me on storage, helping tips and tricks, and smiled throughout the process. This man deserves his flowers ! And a raise ! THANK you so much Carlos ! Would definitely recommend this store just based on his time with us today helping out.

I felt crazy but this makes me feel so validated. I too will be switching over to at&t tomorrow due to this single store and specifically due to the manager on duty I met tonight. There was an issue with my account. I am on a family plan and due to the primary account holder switching us from a business account to a personal account, I was bumped off as an authorized user. We figured that out on our own, after I left the store in tears. An employee was working with me, and while I was frustrated, and felt there was more he could do, questions he could ask, etc. he was at a minimum employing basic customer service skills, like providing rationale, stating "based on what I see you have never been an authorized user, and thus it would not be legal to help you," I felt in his tone he spoke down to me a bit, but did not name call. When he called his manager over to assist, things took a terrible turn. The manager was so dismissive, rude, and ultimately insulting. He was likely debriefed on the issue by his employee. The manager did not ask me anything, or even say hello. He walked over, stated "you are not an authorized user look at my ipad" and simply held his hand up to me to stop speaking when I tried to speak and troubleshoot the issue. He actually called me "stupid" and as somebody with a learning disability, this is triggering for me. He insisted I could never have been an authorized user even though I always have been. Of course, I see now what happened. Regardless, to call me "stupid" crossed a line for me. This manager has no business working in a customer service position or any role that involves people skills. His attitude is abismal. He smirked only with amusement when his name calling brought me to tears.

I upgraded my iPhone at the store and was told that because I was doing so I qualified to get a free Apple SE watch as long as I paid the taxes. I did so and got the watch. A couple weeks later I realized after seeing my bill That when they added the Watch, they also added a new line to my bill. I was never told this when I traded in my phone I went back to the store to return the watch, and they charged me a restocking fee, even though I paid for a Watch that I did not know was added to my account. I asked the woman that helped me at the store. If I could keep the watch and not have the extra line added, and she told me no. The only way I could keep the watch was to add the line. I did not want to add an extra line to my bill. Verizon charged me a restocking fee for something that I was misled in. Now I'm wondering how many times Verizon has misled me on Past bills I'm so angry. I was charged for something that I was not for warned about from the beginning. Watch out, beware. My family has been a loyal customer with Verizon for almost 20 years and I think it is time to change carriers. I told the female that helped me when I returned the watch that I was going to give a negative review and guess what, for the first time I did not receive a response from Verizon to give my thought regarding my visit. She purposely did not send me the link so that I could review And comment! I will no longer promote Verizon as a trusted and legitimate phone service

This experience at this store was amazing! Mario our sales representative was absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. He was so knowledgeable and helpful it was awesome! We purchased 2 new phones and without his help it could have been a nightmare but he was with us every step of the way! Because of him I would definitely recommend everyone to come to this location and ask for Mario you will not be disappointed he's the best!

I was very disappointed In the customer service I received @ this Verizon Store. I have stayed with Verizon because of the customer service. I had a service rep named Roman that didn't even make eye contact with me. I could get service with other providers for a lot less and be treated with disrespect. He was texting on his phone and couldn't be bother. When he took my phone and said the antenna was not on, but didn't show me where it was located. He handed the phone back to me and the internet was still not working. He acted like I was stupid and bothering him. I had tried to fix the problem myself the night before but was unable to resolve the problem. I thought maybe it was the SIM card. I have always had great sale rep, extremely helpful and polite. This gentlemen was plain rude. Needs to be trained in customer service. Very disappointed with his approach with customers and maybe he needs to find a job he like.

Went in to look at phones. Originally was told i could hold a phone but needed to wait. After some time an associate approached me and told me that in fact no i could not. Then went on to tell me how I could upgrade my plan to be the fastest multiple times even though I am already on an unlimited plan. Changing to a different unlimited plan will not affect how fast my phone operates on the network.

Need to do a much better job with their customer service in seeking answers to your problems. Instead of hearing " I don't know what to tell you, perhaps call our 611....Why they couldn't do it is beyond me....

I used my credit card here. Staff added my credit card as the primary method of payment for an account I am not affiliated with. My husband told staff repeatedly that we wanted to pay in full for an iPhone. As we left we were emailed a receipt that detailed an undesired, monthly payment plan. I intend to contact corporate.

We came in for a new sim and Karen basically dropped the SIM card in my friends hand and said nothing and walked away. I asked her to help put it in the phone and all she did was open the phone and walked away without a word. Very dismissive and rude, gave no instruction and we had to ask another worker for help.
