Had major issues with new phone’s we went to store and spent 1-2hrs getting it all squared away, didn’t get name of employee but he handled us along with 2-3 other customers all by himself I was super happy with services and help

Khalif's assistance, commitment and helpfulness 6/5.Verizon as a provider 0/5.That gives an average of 3/5.The plan advertised as $70 ended up being $114. The employee had to basically fight with multiple helpdesk assistants over the phone to get my simcard working. My 2 phones were supported, his phone was supported, sim didn't work in any of those 3.After 3 hours it finally did.As for the coverage, the certain 2&1 letters competition had very often better connection or had connection at all. We had literally only one instance when Verizon had better signal.On a footnote, the truly unlimited-unlimited mobile plan had a daily hotspot limit of something out of 25-50gb range and got scared it's not daily but monthly for a day.

We had originally purchased our new phones at the Verizon Victra store on 12800 Seal Beach Blvd In August. 2022. But it looks like it is possibly closed? We were told Chris R. possibly got a promotion and now is working at this location. We came in for my son's birthday and created a new line with a gizmo watch. I had a iphone 8s and my husband had a android. The SPECIAL or DEAL they told us that we have had our phones so long that we should be due for a free upgrade. I switched from the iphone to an android to get this supposed DEAL. I would have probably just upgraded my iphone instead of thinking I was getting a Samsung deal instead! Buy one Samsung android and get the second Samsung for free, just pay the tax of the phone and we were adding a line for the watch. We spent literally all day in this store on my son's bday. We were told that the price on the receipt for the phones that the total on the bill would go down for the monthly rate in the next following months. Chris R. is the one that helped us. He was very helpful in the store. My phone was loaded with pictures and wasn't sure if all my pics got transferred onto a stick that I brought in. We did not trade in our phones. Chris R. had a cracked phone of his own and he said he would use his phone to put on our account. I really didn't think much about it. Why are trade in's so important anyway? A couple of months down the road now getting into busy holidays we are realizing our bill is NOT going down like we were told. I went to a legit Verizon store in my area and they explained to me that Verizon stores do not support Victra stores. We attempted many, many, many, calls, just to go to the call center and try to explain the issue many, many times. I was not able to talk to the store manager. One person at the call center said that she found 2 iphones on my account. One was a iphone 6 and a iphone 6s turned in. We had never turned in these phones. I said, did we get SCAMMED on our account? She said, that it looks like we had. Why would he return 2 iphones on a customers account? Now, it is coming upon a year and we would like to get our son a phone and I am more than hopeful that we are able to do this in a smoothly manner for his upcoming birthday. We had called Chris R. back in February, 2023. We actually still had his cell number. He said he wasn't working that day and he would give us a call about the situation on the next day. NOTHING, NO CALL BACK. BEWARE of Victra stores. Verizon does not back them up in any way!!! We are paying for 2 phones. NOT buy one phone and get the second one free and just pay for the taxes on the price of the second phone. The question is, How could a Verizon multi million dollar business allow a separate retail store sell their product without standing by their word? Scandalous!

was having recurring issues with my phone over several months. i went to another local verizon store and they couldn't fix the issue. i came to this store and khalif was kind and patient, and took the time to troubleshoot the issue with my phone and recommend solutions. by the end of the appointment, my issue was fixed! great customer service! best verizon in huntington beach.

Sergio was very knowledgeable and professional from moment one! Because of his knowledge, I felt like I was in and out in a very short time! When other customers walked in, he would address them right away and let them know that he will be right with them! Sergio has helped me in the past, and was just as helpful then!! This will without question, be my store from here on out!

I would give 0 if I could . We walked in to get one phone and walked out with 3 paying an additional $400 for God knows what. They don't give you a receipt. They charge $30 to set up your phone for you. Just not honest or transparent as to charges. No items for sale in the store have prices. Total rip off!!

Horrible!! This used to be my go to Verizon store but never again. They are lazy and don't even want to try and help you. I bought 2 new phones and it felt as if I was bothering them to set it up. Twice now this store has made such a bad impression that I'm considering canceling Verizon. Just awful
