Worst customer service ever! Waited for over an hour for 1 prescription. Not one person was here before me now 15 have got there meds?!

I can't help but notice the Yelp reviews stop right around the time Rick, the longtime manager, retired. Since Rick's departure the pharmacy has been unable to perform the most basic of tasks in any timely manner. When prescriptions have not been filled they have begun using what's become a predictable pattern of excuses that turn out to be completely fabricated. I have been told multiple times that prescriptions were not ready because they are 1) waiting for a response from the physician. When I contact the physician, however, they can provide the date and time they did indeed respond to the pharmacy. 2) the prescription has been deemed "too early" by my insurance carrier and will instead be filled several days from the date the physician called it in. They have used this excuse on at least 5 occasions and I took them at their word. I finally contacted my insurance carrier and spoke with the pharmacy coverage department and discovered that this was completely fabricated by the Von's pharmacy staff. Because I travel often but have medical issues that require regular monitoring, I have worked my schedule around my visits with physicians. Prior to this new clown show at Von's, I could generally count on taking a single day to handle both the visit with the physician and a few hours later being able to pick up prescriptions. Now, due to all of the lengthy wait times that often rolls into days - for one made up reason or another - trying to simply pick up my prescriptions, my schedule is completely thrown into disarray. The amount of time Von's staff has wasted for not only me but also my physicians' offices and my insurance carrier makes what should be the simple process of picking up a prescription a frustrating slog through incompetence. I'm on the hunt for another pharmacy to bring my entire family's prescriptions. This also has soured my opinion of Von's as a grocery store and I try to avoid shopping there no matter how conveniently located. Until the pharmacy hires staff across the board who know what they are doing and are honest with their customers, I cannot recommend anyone waste their time trying and likely failing to have your prescriptions filled in any sort of timely manner.

Went here for medications. Never had an issue with any staff. The pharmacy staff are very by-the-book and professional. No complaints.Edit: Removed all mention of Quest Diagnostics staff because they are next door.

I have been coming to Von's pharmacy on Atlanta and Magnolia for over 20 years. Always great service, knowledgeable pharmacists and technicians. I won't ever switch. They have gone above and beyond expectations to help me get what I need for all five members of my family (including our dog)

They are good very helpful but very busy and they're closed quite often if you go anywhere near lunch time. They're very helpful though but I gave it a three stars because during the quarantine they weren't open on weekends or past like 5:00 p.m. they were never there between 12:00 and 1:00 get their phone message would say they have lunch for 30 minutes at 12:00 to 1:00 so you think that'd be more random. They're really good people and just some need of probably a little more staff and that's because they're pretty good

This pharmacy is generally okay unless you have to deal with Vanessa. Vanessa is extremely off-putting, rude and frankly unpleasant to be around. Makes the whole experience quite terrible, to put it nicely.

They say they close for lunch between 12-1pm but not true. They take breaks whenever they want and don't care who wants to pick up prescriptions during business hours. Very frustrating.

Beats Walgreens any day! Fast service and refills. Grocery store pharmacies are so much better than the Big Box ones.

Well I dropped of my four prescriptions I needed to get filled and they filled 3/4 and left out my norco pain meds they said because I got a prescription recently for the same meds they would have to hold onto it and call me back in less than a week with it ready, we'll when I called back today they said I never had a script for norco, when i obviously, do and it was written from a nurse at hoag ER so I call back and this extremely rude man starts demeaning me saying "you nothing about pain medication I'm a pharmacist and it was a bunch of demeaning banter while he over talked the entire time and I couldn't even express what I needed to say I said look man I'm just gonna call somebody else because you're too Aggressive tone it down dude I'm a customer! I have now called back on numerous occasions to still try and get my pain meds from MD Kim Abido at UCI, but this man who would not tell me his name when I asked for it told me "I will not write this script or transfer it to you, he said he was the manager." The lack of compassion from a pharmacist is appalling as this man who wouldn't state his name when prompter is allowed to deny me my medications based on his opinion of me over the phone. How about instead you give the sick person their meds that an actual doctor prescribed them instead of this childish monkey business. So I finally got a call from Jason and he stopped being an a****** for about a second to tell me that I could go get a different med at a different pharmacy from a different dr. But is still refusing me my prescription which was sent in by MD Kim Abido from UCI ER. This is the wildest morning I've ever had! I got out of a double pectoral reattachment surgery and I get into an argument about why I need my prescription woth the pharmacist, I was belittled the entire phone call, Jason talks downward on me in a very condescending way and I felt very uncomfortable, I will never bring my business back to this Vons pharmacy, and my friends family and girlfriend will hear all about this poor form of doing business by Jason the head manager of Vons pharmacy off Atlanta

Waited for FORTY FIVE MINUTES, WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT for a COVID vaccination. What are these people doing? Not even acknowledging people, at their windows? Tinkering on their FaceBook pages? Honestly? I have, unfortunately, had prescriptions filled here, too. The pharmacists don't seem to know what they are doing. Can they count the dosage, for prescriptions? Do they know what they are doing? One can only hope! Is it THAT hard to count out dosages for meds? Apparently. For them? It ABSOLUTELY IS! Thank god I never had a pharmaceutical related question. I would fear the outcome of listening to anyone here! Maybe get some degreed professionals? One day? PLEASE??!!!??

Arrived for my covid booster and was met with the rude dark hair female who took great pleasure informing me i wasn't eligible for my booster as I was two 2 days short of the required 6 months from my Vaccination.
