I made an appointment to get the flu shot. I filled out all the forms online. I arrived on time and was told that it would be a couple of minutes. It's now 25 minutes and it looks like they haven't started to get it. Why make an appointment?? I didn't wait any longer. I'll get it somewhere else.

Came in today to pick up medication for my 2 year old who is very sick. The employee who had my information written on the medication had address and number wrong. They also failed to give me a syringe for my medication and I had to drive back again to retrieve it. I can forgive one mistake but multiple on a child's medication does not make me trust this pharmacy. Should I trust they put the right meds in there for him as well? The employee I spoke to over the phone apologized and stated it was their employee's first day and that is absolutely still no excuse to mess this up. Thank you Heather for making this a terrible experience. I will not be coming back.

Horrific pharmacy. They never have your prescriptions filled on time. The pharmists there are rude and condescending. I switched pharmacies even though this one is right across the street. I'm surprised they are still in business. If you check any of their reviews, they are horrendous.

Pharmacy staff refused to take Apple Pay through the drive thru window. I shouldn't have had to pay anything to begin with, that is. I paid my copay online beforehand on their app and they said they had no record of it. I even showed them my email confirmation and online bank statement that listed the charge to no avail (!). They told me that they would end up removing the second charge after I paid again which I didn't trust at all. This is an awful business practice. They told me I had to come inside to pay in person if I wanted to use Apple Pay which I couldn't due to injury. I waited in a 25 minute drive thru line for nothing. Thanks Walgreens.

This pharmacy should go out of business. Receptionist is rude and doesn't know what she is doing. This is a very unprofessional pharmacy. Left without giving them my business. Store is run down. I ended up at CVS and my medicine was half the cost!

I went in for a scheduled vaccine today and after waiting almost an hour I left. The pharmacist just kept filling prescriptions while I was waiting. I will go elsewhere

If I could give 0 I would. Service with the pharmacists is the worst. It hasn't been a one time thing it's been multiple encounters. My mom goes to this pharmacy because it's within walking distance from her home. Every time she goes they never have anybody available who speaks Spanish and can never get her meds refilled on time. She's been there for a couple vaccines and has tried communicating with them that she has a hard time seeing and they show no compassion what so ever. I spoke to someone today regarding this issue and she simply said well she's more than welcome to bring or call a family member to translate. As far as I know and from previously working in the medical field we are provided with phone numbers to call if there isn't anybody available to translate to provide the best patient care. It's very infuriating to hear how unprofessional they have been with my mom and nobody deserves that sort of treatment. I will be calling her insurance and filing a report.

I had a pretty frustrating visit at Walgreens Pharmacy today. I scheduled my vaccination appointment online and arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment. I noticed the pharmacist leaving as I arrived, which I thought was a little strange because I had an appointment scheduled, but I was hoping they would be gone only for a short break. When I went to the counter, it took a while for someone to help me -- most staff ignored me or just walked past, doing other things and starting other tasks. Once someone acknowledged me, they said that the pharmacist had just left for lunch, and that they wouldn't be back for an hour! I asked if they had my appointment on their schedule, and they said yes, so I have no idea why the pharmacist would leave right before a scheduled appointment for a 1 hour lunch break. Another pharmacist was there, but she didn't know how to give the live varicella vaccine, so I had to come back in an hour after the pharmacist's lunch break. I agreed because I needed the vaccine for school, and waited in the car. After waiting in the car for an hour for the pharmacist to return from lunch, I went back to the pharmacy only for the lady who checked me in to tell me that the vaccine wasn't covered by my insurance and would cost me about $200 for one dose! It's a 2-dose vaccine, so I definitely wasn't going to pay out of pocket if I could get it covered elsewhere. The staff here just seem incompetent. It was a red flag to see the pharmacist leaving for lunch as I arrived, as well as seeing one of the staff members forget the door code to enter the pharmacy. They're also not very attentive to anyone waiting for help at the counter, and the person who checked me in should have made sure everything was ready and in place before having me wait an hour for the pharmacist to get back from lunch. I can't imagine I would have had a good experience if I were to have actually gotten the vaccine either. This whole visit at Walgreens Pharmacy turned out to be a huge waste of my time. I ended up not getting my vaccine here at Walgreens, so I called CVS instead and was able to schedule my appointment immediately and get the vaccine the same day. The only good thing is that Walgreens Pharmacy referred me to CVS Pharmacy. I was able to get my vaccine without a problem at CVS, and I had an excellent visit there with very competent and professional staff -- unlike at Walgreens.

I'm not one to write negative reviews. However, this pharmacy location is severely understaffed. It's unfathomable how long it takes to pick up a prescription here. Drive thru pharmacy line is routinely 30-minutes+ even when there are only 2-3 cars in line. It's really frustrating. Great location, abysmal service. I would really recommend that the pharmacy manager rethink staffing, training etc... they're losing my business from here on out, and I know of several other former customers who have also stopped using this pharmacy.

I often use the online service for same day photos and photo products and have always been happy with the results. Most recently I stopped in for passport photos, it was a quick and painless process. I had my photos and was in and out within 15 minutes for under $20. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The front staff in this store are friendly BUT don't expect the ladies who work at the pharmacy to acknowledge you. I stood and waited to be acknowledged, you know give them a chance to notice me. One lady walked away and the curly hair girl wouldn't even look at me. Then I said hi and she just shook her head. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but this world is getting less and less. We can do better than this. Pharmacy staff are rude, I will never be back here.

Michelle the pharmacy "manager" was extremely rude, unprofessional, and talks down to people. She needs a attitude adjustment or not to work in customer service if she acts this way. Worst customer experience of my life.

Soooo rude over the phone it's laughable. I was having an issue transferring one of my scripts and I was not aware due to it being controlled you're basically not able to do that. Whoever answered my call this morning pretty much laughed at me and was ZERO help in explaining. I'd for sure rather suffer through a panic attack than deal with this location again!

They are the most ridiculous location on the planet. In regards to their drive through system, Instead of having you go to an empty parking spot to wait for an order not ready yet, they hold you in front of the line of cars all waiting needlessly. Today my husband waited 20 minutes for a few prescriptions because of one guy in front of him waiting on one prescription. This will be our last time using Walgreens since they have absolutely no idea how to positively and efficiently serve clients.
